CLIP #1 is exactly why there should be laws designated as "VEHICULAR ASSAULT", which is exactly what this moron did to the cammer. Such a charge should carry much more weight that simple "Reckless Driving".

@@sk7730 he sped up because as he was turning he realized the car behind him was coming towards him VERY FAST DOWN A HILL and he sped up so the other driver wouldn't crash into him from behind. he wasn't speeding up to prevent the rager from passing, he was trying to avoid getting slammed from behind.
@@rogersmith7808 the cammer was in a high tension moment and made the wrong move to avoid the rager. the cammer tried their best to make the right choices to avoid collision. if he had stopped, the rager might have also stopped and might have had a weapon, where cammer would have been a sitting duck and might not have had enough time to accelerate. all of this happened very quickly, and who's to say if you get in a situation like this in the future you get away unscathed. you wouldn't want people coming at you because some freak was driving under the influence and wanted to pick a fight with you for no reason!

#3 was just horrible situational awareness. Wife screams they have a gun and husband drives into the direction of where everything is happening. Shouldnt't even get involved when you have your whole family in the vehicle with you that might be put in danger.
I literally just posted this to someone else. Last October I was picking up something for work in downtown Pittsburgh and these rival gangs had a drive by. Like they were shooting towards each other even as they past my car.. and 2 women died like 6 inches from me at a bus stop. The worst thing you can do is move if you don’t know where. shots at coming from. I stayed put and somehow 30 some shots missed me. But driving thru it and panicking like that is literally the worst move.

You are also supposed to slow down when the the lane next to you is in use by law enforcement or work crews with emergency lights. (at least in texas its the law)

@@IM2MERSyou’re correct. Different states different laws but ALL states have some type of construction zone law about slowing down. Ours is 15/20 mph in a work zone.
At 9:19 (in motorcycle guy’s defense) even if he was over the speed limit, it doesn’t excuse slamming your brakes at a green light.

If I’m lost and know that I’m holding up traffic, I always pull over and get myself sorted with where I am. To me, it’s the polite thing to do. Don’t hold people up just because you’re lost. Have some manners and consideration for others on the road. Karma goes both ways!

Some tips for the sane people: 1) don’t brake check people. 2) if someone brake checks you, change lanes if possible. Let them go on about their day. Chasing after them for “revenge” is just asking for trouble. 3) avoid engaging with foolish drivers. Just ignore them and move on. They’re just miserable people looking for trouble. 4) Slow down. You’re better off leaving your house 5 minutes earlier than you’d planned and simply driving the speed limit than you are speeding to get somewhere faster. More importantly if your excess speed results in the injury or death of another driver you can be charged with a felony and face possible jail time. It’s just not worth it.

If you do not tell them about the camera, just stay calm and call the police to do a report, then show the cam footage once they have made their official police report, can you not then press charges on the spot for attempting to defraud you? If so, while it may be quicker to hit em with the whole you are on camera so they drive away, that is just making it someone else's problem rather than addressing it then and there, no?

flipping the bird is considered road rage and is not an acceptable move. if someone gets close to you and cuts you off, beeping is acceptable since it's alerting someone they're too close, as long as you aren't beeping for a long time, one or two beeps is sufficient.

I mean you completely ignored the fact that the driver parks their car at an intersection and proceeds to get out. It’s one thing to be lost, it’s another thing to selfishly take up the road, while simultaneously avoiding following all road rules just cuz you’re lost. Pull over, gather your bearings. You can’t just stop at an intersection with no traffic light or stop sign for a prolonged period of time cuz you’re confused or frustrated.

I'm concerned with the amount of cammers who instigate these road rage incidents and think they are in the right. I try to drive defensively. I find honking your horn usually just makes the other driver freak out so I just focus on maneuvering so I don't hit the other drivers instead hitting the horn as my 1st reaction.

Yep. I have a dash cam but my goal is NEVER to create issues. I have it strictly because my first accident at 18 was a woman who hit me and got out and asked why I hit her. The cops ended up giving her a reckless driving bc I had witnesses and it was clear on the damage but after that I realized I can never trust anyone. I practice defensive driving thru and thru and seriously don’t understand why more people don’t. Especially women.
Half the time, my brake foot is pressing into the floor. I see someone who is driving erratically, I slow down and let them do their thing.

Seriously. That first idiot sped up to over 80mph to avoid being passed in a perfectly legal passing zone while he wasn't yet going the speed limit. The one passing clearly overreacted and was at fault for the accident, but they were both assholes.

Ive seen #3 countless times at this point, and i still dont understand who the female in the car was saying "he has a gun" about. I know the red arrow points at the Audi that pulls around the corner right before she yells it, but if thats the case the Audi had taken off after the runner, and they were safer where they were than takingboff down the same road. It's clear that the crash disrupted an ongoing car chase. The driver of the truck got out and ran because he knew the guy chasing him had a gun. The OP probably thought about going after the hit and run driver, not realizing that they were probably in the middle of a gang altercation. So yeah, she probably thought the Audi driver had the same intention - until she saw that gun. Then she knew they needed to get away from that chaos and fast.

Couldn't agree more. I was looking for someone to comment about him. Dude is freakin' raging. I could understand if the driver cut him off. But he or she didn't. They simply slowed down and merged over because of the LEO's in the left lane. Which, if I'm not mistaken, is what you're supposed to do. To slow down, drop your speed a bit, and merge over to the next lane when you can.

Some guy behind me was honking, I was going 20MPH in a 20 MPH exit getting off the freeway. It is a very sharp, long turn. More than 180 degrees. He went around in the passing lane, was too busy flipping me off to realize to slow down, so he skidded out, and ran into the wall, knocked his side mirror off. It has the new car paper license plate on it. All that to save 3 seconds. @@zmarko

The dad was completely irresponsible for saying they should "chase" the other car. The accident didn't have anything to do with him, yet he wanted to get involved. They're lucky they weren't shot.
