  • #21st clip: the woman's statement: What you don’t see is this guy chasing me for a mile and and a half before this trying to use his vehicle as a weapon, just because I beeped my horn when he cut me off forcing me into the median. He intentionally caused this accident, was behind me and only moved into left lane when he noticed me starting to merge. His sarcastic comments when he hit me says it all. Thank to him for posting the video though, my insurance just watched it and now refuse to pay him a penny!

  • I'll never forget something a friend told me years ago. He was in a situation where he got so angry at another driver, that when they were both at a stop light, my friend got out of his car, with a huge tool he was going to use as a weapon. He walked over to the other guy's car full of rage, and the only thing that stopped him from what he was about to do - was the little girl sitting in her carseat in the back. He had not known there was a child in the car. He said that her face was full of fear. That's what caused him to get back in his car. He said he could not forget the look on that little girl's face. I think we need to remember first, that it's not a competition. If someone cuts you off, many times it's just they are lost, or were in the wrong lane. Let them through. We should also remember that not everyone driving is logical, so explaining things, or yelling at them is not necessarily going to get through to them in the heat of the moment and can make everything worse. Lastly, remember, there are all types of people driving cars. Sociopaths, psychopaths, angry people and people with mental health issues. Sad people driving cars. Depressed people driving. People with anxiety - people on meds. So let it go. Let. It. Go.

    @lc2526@lc2526Ай бұрын
    • People need to be more responsible driving cars. Even with your explanation about sociopaths, psychopaths, people on meds, whatever. If you're not in a good place to drive, you shouldn't drive. If you're not respecting the simple laws of the road, you. Should. Not. Drive.

      @redwall1521@redwall1521Ай бұрын
    • Almost all of the instances all person had to do was break a little. This is the nature of driving there are multiple cars on the road with their own pace. The ones faster let them go please. Even if you got cut off it's not a big deal. Would you really want to murder someone over that?

Is he just dumb? If he were really a loving husband, he would take a more leadership role when riding in the passenger seat, and help her be a better driver. But he didn't do any of that. He didn't even tell her to pull over so they could trade places until she cools off. She needs more training, yes. He's too weak to do what needs to be done. Help your wife!

I've NEVER understood why people panic about missing their exit and pull insane stunts, putting themselves and everyone else in very real danger. It's going to take more time to get to your destination if you get into a small collision (but especially a massive collision) because you do something irrational 🙄🙄 Also, if I were that person's partner, I'd never let them get behind the wheel with me or a loved one in the vehicle. • If you think about it, it is called a crossWALK, and for a good reason, by a pedestrian walking it gives drivers ample opportunity to safely yield the right of way to them. if your coming upon a crosswalk and a runner/jogger just darts out they run the risk of being hit and it places the responsibility for the collision outside the control of the vehicle operator as they aren't given the chance or ability to stop or avoid the collision. Them being in the crosswalk becomes irrelevant as they did not attempt to cross safely, they did so with no regard for their own safety and that of others, placing them at fault and liable for damages incurred. Not long ago I was operating a fire service rescue squad unit NOT RESPONDING TO A CALL but returning from one and had a person just dart out in front of the squad as we entered the crosswalk demarcation lines and they got struck. The individuals legal rep attempted to blame the Squad and by extension myself as its operator for the collision, which was investigated by the city's accident investigation unit, the state DOT cause it involved an emergency response vehicle, The state police accident recreation unit and later by a firm hired by the individuals legal rep. Thanks largely in part to the four external cameras that record audio and video even this firm hired by the legal rep could not fault the FD, it's squad or operator, me, for the collision confirming the reports of the other investigations performed by the other agencies.

He intentionally side swiped her by coming into HER lane. What’s she giving space for?! People like them are why I have a dash cam from and back. Not to mention much of the time cops can tell by damage who hit who. My first accident was in a parking lot and an old woman kept trying to blame me even though I had the right of way and she was at the end wher you find parking spaces. I had witnesses but she kept saying I hit her. The cop said “ma’am, based on the way the cars are damaged she physically couldn’t have hit you.” My drivers side near the tire was dented and her front. Clear she kept coming and hit me in the intersection. He ended up giving her a reckless driving bc she kept saying I hit her. Sorry for the novel lol.
