Yo! I recognize that there is a missing file in the introduction. I lost the file during export of the video but it doesn’t affect much in the video so I’ll leave it as is for now rather than re-uploading. I hope you all enjoy the video!
couldn’t tell 😁😉👍🏽
Hope all is well with you and your family 🙏🏿❤
Looked intentional as part of the other van being totaled an artistic edit.
Bro your work is amazing
Didn't notice a thing! Great video as is.
I am an old guy, and I have been watching since you first started. You have learned all sorts of new things and have been applying them. Your sister was a big help too. You are a superstar on these van builds. Over 700,000 subscribers, AWESOME.....
I could not have said it better. You're unbelievably talented.
Totally agree. I'm an old lady and amazed at his skills. 😊
I'm hooked. That's for sure.
Yes I’ve been watching his videos for a long time. When I get my van …. You’ll be the one to build it out! You have such amazing talent! May God continue to bless guide guard and protect you. Thanks for sharing with us. We love you. Stay safe. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Totally agreed
Amazing. He’s a welder, carpenter, electrician, plumber, all in one. Truly a jack of all trades. Not to mention filmmaker and editor!! This dude has it all
💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
He is the GenZ role model
Facts
I think they call that jack-of-all-trades master of none That's the way I always have been try to learn all you can about anything you're interested in love watching his videos
@@leroycox3022The complete saying is " A Jack of all trades is a master of none, but often better than a master of one." I found this out recently and it made my day and helped how I thought of myself. Hopefully it does the same for others.
Dual brother, 72 year old X woodworker here, really appreciate your craftsmanship! Safety heads up! When using your table saw, especially with dado blades, do not back material over blades after making cut .!.! Simply follow through in direction of original cut away from blade. Thus preventing kickback ! I have the cutoff thumb tip testifying the power of kickback. Happy creating!😅
Thanks bro
Thankfully he has a sawstop table saw. Considering how nasty kickbacks are, the sawstops safety features are invaluable.
As a Vet, I've only dreamed about owning a vehicle like this. Feeling so free, wherever you travel. Absolutely fantastic work. You have gotten yourself another subscriber for sure. You are amazing.
So glad to see you wearing safety gear while you’re deconstructing that van so many people do not take proper care of their health
I was really glad to see that, too! Goodness only knows what all that stuff was when he pulled it apart.
I thought the same thing.
all of his fans want him to stay safe.@@IceLynne
God Bless you
🤣 I was thinking the same thing… like he almost had a full hazmat suit to deconstruct this van! And judging by the looks of it…. that was correct! Good gawd, that was awful! 😱🤢Gives me chills just thinking about it! 🤣
I’m an old woman (84) and I love watching things being built, my husband and I did a lot in our time. You’re sure doing wonderful. Keep it up
I bet you have so many stories
I'm an old lady too, and all the things I would let this young man do to me....
Omg 😂@@starveartist

Now coming as a person that values competency over any other trait, you are the most talented person I have ever seen. I am constantly mesmerised by your video editing, my ADHD is fully stimulated, you include enough of each aspect of what you’re doing to make us feel like we are there with you every step of the way, but short enough that we don’t have time to consider being distracted. You switch from the time lapse to your explaining something interesting. You don’t spoon feed us, by telling us that you’re going to install the solar panels, you respect our intelligence enough to know we will put that together ourselves. The list of what you are (very) competent seems to be ever growing! Meticulous fashion and grooming, your understanding of the severity and importance of PPE equipment, your video editing skills, carpentry, metal work, art, and I’m not even half way through it! I have the biggest platonic crush on you buddy! Also I’m high, so very high. In the interest of being fully transparent.
Easily the best videography I’ve seen on a van build video! The build itself is also really amazing and creative!
gademn, 41 mins of no bullshit building. guy only talks when he needs to explain essential stuff. minute after minute just getting things done - no long reflections, just adds stuff when needed. lowkey cool editing. good music. why have i only found this channel now. subscribed!
am i the only who peeped how my mans leveled up AGAIN on his video production!!?? Beautifully done! the van and the video! Glad your back bro
YES! What he said! 👊🏻🤯
The brotha is talented 😂
Yeah I saw the nice intro
Your skills are worth the $230,000 !!! As always, I'm so impressed and am humbly joining the other comments here. I'm so sorry to hear about your loss, though I know your dad is on your shoulder, clapping and parting you on the back for all your ingenuity with every cut of your blade and every twist of a joint. Thank you for all your talents and wonderful videos!
I'm an 87 year older who did framing work with my husband in Texas and Georgia. Truly enjoy watching your talents and skills, even the unique tools you use such as the double crow bar!! Awesome work, young man! I truly enjoy following you. Ms. Gerald
Hard to find the right adjectives for your work: impeccable professionalism comes to mind. I've been enjoying your videos so much! The care you took making all of those wood tiles for the herringbone pattern is just so impressive. I hope you get another 40 years out of your new van!
You are a true artist and genius!!! When someone talks about thinking outside the box, I can truly tell you never even SAW the box!!!
Great comment 👍
So much respect for this man's patience in building this van out. Looks amazing!!!
It would be an understatement to say you are a genius. Watching you work gives me the feeling anything you imagine is possible with the right tools and some hard work. The counter top you made from pallets is just BEAUTIFUL!
This young man has a gift!! His hands ate truly blessed!!! 🙏🏾🙌🏿I need one of his creations!!! I told my children/grandchildren if they ever want to bless me, I want one of these vehicle!!!🙏🏾✌🏾💕
I hope you get one built by him! You know the quality and style will be in point!
Agreed!! Super Talented!! That van turned out over the top!!
And does
Suggestion: I've watched your builds since the beginning. I can tell you think through the process before building out the van. I have one suggestion. If you add a way to "collect rain water some how" then have it go through a filtration process, you won't have to constantly have to look for fresh water and can stay off grid for longer periods. And in the back of the van, if you weld a device to hold a e-bike, the e-bike can be used to go use for re supply runs, all you need is mount plastic milk crate in the front of the e-bike. Cuts down on gas money / stay off grid at the same time.
Some next level right there
Great minds think alike 😂👏
ebike needs to be inside or it might get stolen when his far.
Great idea!…Sounds like a new build your thinking of for your amazing future on road adventures or full time van life.
To see a young man who isn't afraid to get down and dirty and take on an impossible task from start to finish is refreshing. Every part of this job was built with love and your paint job was amazing along with your modifications and your ingenuity. God bless you and wishing you the best always.. To take a van 1000 miles sight unseen was amazing also lol. You are a gem Keep up the good work....
You’re such a blessing to others! May your platform continue to grow!
Dualex…King of the Pocket Screws! Man, if I had all of his tools and equipment, I would just be a guy with all of his tools and equipment!
😅😅 👏. This comment killed me!
😂
Hahaha cute joe😂
Absolutely amazing transformation on that 41 year old vehicle. First time of watching, yes subscribe and liked. Firstly your Health and Safety skills are 100% which is not often found in other channels. Unless you tell anyone no one would ever guess the Sink Top was made from recycled Pallets, just Genius. At 75 years of age I feel I’m qualified to say “Be very Proud of Yourself “ Kind Regards Stewart in a village called Golcar near Huddersfield UK. 👍👏
Hasn't he done a lovely job?? His attention to detail and finishing is lovely. All the best, from a village called Banstead in Surrey!
God love you, young man. All that tearing out & the tiny & not so tiny molecules of dust, fabrics & wood decay, and who knows what else. You are something else, man!! Extraordinary.
Vehicle repair and maintenance aside; your carpentry skills and solutions are amazing! As an adjacent vehicle conversion project you should check out some of the images on the web of cars that have been converted into stunning office desks, the Mini Cooper and VW Beetle conversions are my personal favourites, and you already have a friendly scrap yard!
I got so excited when I saw you with a new project. I thoroughly enjoy watching you. Its like watching a magician, the hands are quicker than the eyes always with a new trick up your sleeve. You were smart to wear that asthmat suite. There isnt anyone like you anywhere on the internet. You're one in a billion. I didn't think that it was possible but you're evolving so much. Watching you is like a supernatural experience.
I second that emotion. ✨🗜️🧘🏽⚒️✨
Son, there is no doubt in my mind. You are the most talented young man I have ever seen. Your hands, your being, your talent is "Blessed And Highly Favored". As a 70 year old Black Grandma, you make me so proud. Love Ya !!
I just wanted to say you sound like the sweetest grandma and I hope you have a lovely day!
Amen!!! 🙏🏽🙌🏽♥️🔥
AGREE💯💯💯
'Son'? Wtf, if you called me 'Son' even when I was 18 and had a full job, I'd look at you stupidly
@@EatAllDaHumansREALLY??? Show some respect. If it doesn’t apply let it fly!!
Wow so glad to have been able to watch this episode, as I have enjoyed all the ones you have posted. If I were in your neck of the woods I would do all I can to encourage you to build out a van for us. Your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and design esthetic is beyond compare. Glad you continue to create and post.
MAN, you are truly AMAZING!! I enjoy watching your Rebuilds. Can't wait for the grand tour video of this van.
Forgot all my plans when I saw your video was available. Dropped everything and watched another one of your great builds.
Young man. There aren't words in the English language that can truly describe how talented and creative you are, I'm awestruck by your builds! The precision by which you work, it's impeccable! Having too modify the seating swivel base...that was epic! You obviously love what you do. Please continue to impress us!🤜🏽🤛🏽
WOW THIS YOUNG MAN NEVER CEASES TO AMAZE ME . I HAVE BEEN WATCHING HIM OFF AND ON BUILDING AND HE DOES JUST BEAUTIFUL WORK .
Wat een geweldige vakman, en de liefde welke hij heeft voor met materiaal waarmee hij werkt. Heel fijn om hem bezig te zien. Topper!
As a woman who knows nothing about vans, construction or tools I was still intrigued enough to click on the video. I expected to skip thru the video until the end but from the first 10 seconds I couldnt stop watching! Lol...What you did was amazing! And I like that you kept the old seat belts! Now, I'm a new subbie 💕
ME TOO!!! 🙆🏼♀️ (As you'll see my comment up top in a few minutes... 🤓👍🏼)
Same here ❤🎉
Me too😂
You're a creative genius 👏 I love watching you build these tiny home on wheels!!
He's dangerous 😂
Love what you do bro. Changes the whole aspect of living off the grid.
Young man; you are AMAZING!! I enjoy watching how you deconstruct and reconstruct a project. Wow!! I’m guessing it most have cost a good amount of money for that conversation. Can’t wait for the tour video. Looking forward to it. Blessings!
You are one clever young man. Wow what a great camper. Proud of you. Watching from New Zealand. I'm 77 yrs old and have just finished painting the inside of my caravan a light grey. It was a horrible brown before. I 'm so pleased with it. I love all things campers and caravans.
We’d love to see your camper too!
Beautiful comment Heather!
You survived Atlanta traffic. Good job. Traffic didn’t look too bad on that day.
The parquetry on the ceiling is like next level shit. I don’t think people realize that it’s a nod to the era of this van and replaces the button leather we could all do without. My man if you ever need someone to get behind you for a project please reach out. Your talent goes beyond the doing. Your conception is on point. This is like Foose and Halley level work.
This is the first video I have ever seen of you. I would just like to say, phenomenal!!! Absolutely phenomenal work! I don't know how you keep your shop clean though. That's a lot of work that went in to that build.
The GOAT returns! Loved the project dude. You're crazy skilled
Great job! Do not stay away so long next time. Thank you so much for sharing this video. Amen
I watched another one of your builds and was MOVED. I found myself thinking about it for almost a year! Here I am again! You are quite talented/gifted! You seem to know stuff about electrical. Construction, design, what is your profession? Degree? Thanks ! Inspiring!!! Love the wood mosaic work you did on this van. I’ve never seen a table saw with a set up like that to bevel the edges!
Dudeeee you always leave me with my mouth hanging wide open.😮 When I tell you your dad would be super duper proud....he would indeed. Your skill level just continues to increase. Your are so dogone smart! Your vision is relentless. Your video is ALWAYS on point. You just totally amazes me, Keep doing what you're doing bro. God is surely blessing you. 🙏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Your show DualEx is definitely the best show on van & RV building! You should contact your local Middle & High Schools and start a program to share your knowledge & skills with the younger generation since you are also a good role model many kids need these days. I totally look forward to the next video release of yours.
That's a GREAT idea! He could do workshops on the weekends & charge decent money. ❤
Facts
I TOTALLY agree! What a great role model (in so many ways...) for youth! 🏆💞🎯
Yes!!!! Brilliant idea! The concept of "the apprentice" of old needs to come back, whether it's a builder, farrier, cobbler, butcher, this knowledge is valuable!
I can count on one hand the number of times I've actually commented on a video. It's not been a common practice for me, but for some reason I felt compelled to express how much joy these videos bring me! It's the therapy i never knew I needed....There's something oddly soothing about the sound of the machines, and the hammering and the sawing, etc. that I literally sometimes fall asleep to. It's counterintuitive, but somehow it makes perfect sense. I was so excited to turn on my computer and discover that a new video had been uploaded. Van conversions have become a new obsession for me, ever since I discovered that you could even do that in a van! Since that discovery, I have kind of immersed myself in that world via KZhead....a path that eventually led me to this channel, which has become my absolute favorite. Watching a dwelling space be manifested from nothing, and transformed into a complete oasis is so satisfying, and even more than that, it's inspiring. The process is fascinating to witness. My absolute most favorite part of this build has to be the pieces of wood cut and fashioned to look like tiles, or bricks depending on how you look at it. That was so very creative, a sign of true artistry. And it is beautiful. On my own journey, I hope to create a reality in which i am able to acquire a van of my own to assist me in living my purpose. And once that reality is made manifest, I can't imagine there would be a better person to contact for the endeavor! Much gratitude to you for creating this channel.
I love his builds also, it is always relaxing to watch some one else work, with out getting in his way.
@@steveky7829 i feel the same way abt not getting in the way
Mid 60s gal from Norcal here loving your channel! I drove a 1969 Ford Econoline van from 76 to 1980 in high school! Thank you! 🙋🏼♀️
These videos are beyond therapeutic. I've watched the growth and constant improvements from one project to the next. This man here is beyond gifted 🔥
Not only are your conversions sweet. Your film making skills are second to none!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
This was labor intensive!! You are a phenomenal, exceptionally gifted one man band!!
Bravo !!!! Brilliant Work. You make it look so easy. lol Another hidden TV! It's becoming your singature move.
Dude, you are amazing! Your workmanship is above and beyond normalcy. I would be so proud of the craftsmanship you put into this beautiful creation. It has your name and stamp all over it, inside and out. I will watch this video again.
49 year old finishing Tradesman and camping enthusiast here. Damn fine work. Subscribed in the 1st 20 minutes.
Bro, I'm an ex cabinet maker and really dig how you're still generally doing things by hand the way I did before cnc machines and computers came around. Old school. Love your work and creativity. Keep doing you.
What's the difference between cabinetry and IKEA? A CNC mill
I was blown away with your creativity, skill, quality and the best buildout I have ever seen. With your positive attitude you have a great future ahead. You could be a design engineer for the motor home industry. Your own firm. Not just for motor homes but the small senior homes and veterans homes. Small spaces and you will hire more engineers to keep up with the business. Congratulations on your talent and work ethic. If I was younger I would love to sell your service and quality.👏👌😃
You are one of my favorite YT people. Your skillset is beyond the beyonds! And you are such a focused and dedicated young man. I'm proud to be one of your subscribers. Can't wait to see you hit that million-sub-mark!
DualEx, you have done a fantastic job of reviving that old Chevy and improving the interior. My first van conversion was of a 73 Chevy and it did not come anywhere close to what you did, but it worked for my wife and I with our 2 1/2 year old daughter to go camping comfortably and safely. Love it and I thought that you might possibly raise the roof about 18” or more so that you could stand erect in the van, but know that entails a lot of extra work in a van over 40 years old. I look forward to your next project.
I have been watching your videos for a total of two years now, and I am over the top amazed at your skills. I am 56 years old. My father was a master carpenter, who died at the age of 90 but I’m sure if he was alive he would enjoy watching your videos. I don’t know if your plans involve marriage or children but I know one thing whoever that lucky woman is and I do mean lucky, She should really cherish you as her husband not only because of your skill set but because you are a very kindhearted person. I am sure that there are more to come more van transformations, but the video that I am hoping to see is the video of your wedding and the video of how you transform an old house, a antique house into a luxury house with your own two hands. I know that one is definitely on the list. I am so excited and I can’t wait and I hope I’m around to see that day. Thank you for sharing your gifts with the world with us. We really appreciate and love you to pieces.
That would be beautiful to see ❤💙
I couldn't agree more! 🤗😇
Totally agree! Young man you have a gift that a lot of younger folks couldn’t even phathom. God’s got something BIG for you and it’s truly going to blow your mind!
Agreed
He definitely deserves his own show on HGTV-CAR FLIPPER?
Amazing workmanship. A joy to watch.
Yes you are an amazing young man What can’t you do ? If you can cook or grill .. you are amazing Great job !!!❤️🥰🙏🏽👏🏽
It is a privilege to watch somebody with solid planning, precision, and expertise. But to see somebody with these qualities in so many areas is just amazing. You are an amazing young man
After seeing this build….If I ever am blessed with a RV I will be requesting services somehow someway. This man is impressive! I look forward to any future uploads!
Watching an artist share his work is absolutely refreshing on levels that everyone can enjoy. From your first to this one I can honestly say you're talent is above most. I'd be proud to own one of your works of art. Can't wait until the next.
Thanks for whole built and recreation of great new van being bought back to life.
I’m a 21 year old woman who isn’t into cars or remodeling, but you did a phenomenal job in every aspect of the van, your craftsmanship, I learned & have my mind opened on how people make these things, and you are creative in every detail. Even the video is good, and I don’t know if you edit it or not but whoever did made it all come together. Well, now you have a new subscriber because my new obsession is watching random people build thing I have 0 interest in partaking it to see the end result. Kinda like when I was child & was obsessed with HGTV and would watch Fixer-Upper or a TV show about a couple trying to find their new home. Even I watch “How It’s Made” & I always say that was one of the best TV shows & taught me so much about how things are made lmao. Anywho, this is rant but just wanted to share how you gained a new subscriber who is probably the opposite of your target audience/the majority of viewers.❤️
Your camera work has grown exponentially! Makes watching build videos more enjoyable and interactive fsfs!
You did such an awesome job remaking that van! 👏 👏 Beautiful job!!
Damn!!!! Much Respect to you. Youve got skills, very well rounded skills.
The fact that he took his time on extra projects shows his passion for building. Great job.
Dude I watched on a guest account and couldn’t comment, I had to go to my main account to say YOU ARE A BAD ASS. The shit you do is amazing and I’m a first time viewer! Make a business out of this cause you’re good. Congrats brother!
& the edit at the end with the rear view… 👌🏽MUAHHH, A-1 dude youre dope AF
You are so talented and brilliant. God bless you!
I've seen a thousand builds at least...your workmanship is beyond reproach...my faith in the future is starting to come back...good on ya'...
I like the fact you're using junkyard stuff and reusing pieces from the van, this is awesome. I dig this van - it's a throwback to my childhood outside and a view forward on the inside. NICE.
I am blown away by your skill, vision, talent and patience. What an incredible transformation!
Dude!! Plumbing, Carpentry, Electronics, Engineering,…how did you learn all that??? I am in awe of your skills! Thanks for sharing!
Man, you do so many things so well!!! The video documenting and editing your flow of video and talking and explaining things. Great use of video recording, timing speed, and ASMR highlights.
25:08 Bro that futon idea I’m every way was perfect! I’m all about functionality and usability of space and you used every part of that futon to its fullest in that space and storage also! Props!!!
if it's so good how does he use the guest bed at the same time as the futon bed? he can't do it's not that good take it easy bum licker
Great job DualEx. You have mastered your skills even MORE! I don't expect your next plumbing job will leak. Don't even say that! You got it down smoothly now. That was a LOT of work you did on this van. I don't think the previous owner would even recognize it. Good for you!
You're a GOAT in the making!! Your attention to detail....one can feel your passion men. Keep up the good works. I see this as a DualEX Corp. in the near future. Look forward to the full tour too.
From thousands of miles here in Casablanca I really enjoyed following each step of the project. Lot of logic, methodology and working with facility not trying to make things complicated. Well done 👍 . Very inspiring. Wish you all the best and thanks for all the time invested to share your journey 🍀🤞👍
Such amazing work! This guy is an artist, electrician, engineer, carpenter, designer…OMG!
This deserves some kind it reward. Probably the best KZhead video I’ve ever watched. Van looks unbelievable
Nice craftsmanship! Great job!
My Econoline was a 1981 straight 6... Traveled ALOT of places with it... Was my FIRST Conversation vanlife van in 2003 🔥 🔥 🔥
Loved that rear camera/dropped keys transition.
When the world needed him most... he returned.
The camper avatar 😂💯🔥
Great job. I can’t believe your shop has everything you need and you have the knowledge to do it!
OH WOW! You are such a talented young man! What amazing transformation!
got all giddy when I saw your video, your stuff is awesome my friend top notch thanks😊
Dude, this is such a good no nonsense video. There is no added fluff, and its just clear and well shot. Love this kind of content!
I watched every minute of that refurbishing. Great job.
You gave this van a new life, well done
Man, so many details. Your craftsmanship is impressive. I love this build.
This is ASMR for van builds. You do fantastic work! Love what you do!
Masterful...the fact that you hand build everything from the cabinets to the sliding bed with attention to detail is incredible!!! thank you for sharing your craft I enjoy every minute of it
I plan on converting a 10 foot box truck, from left hand drive to right hand drive with a pass through, bathroom and shelves and use it for delivery as a rural postal carrier. These videos are helping me with that.
Lord, your work is amazing! I'm an old woman who enjoys what you do. A bit jealous, maybe, but enthralled, too. The fantasy of the freedom your builds give are great even for those of us living them vicariously.
You've gotten so much better at building these! Your skills have grown tremendously in the past year plus.
Young man you are an excellent carpenter!
Man, hands down, that is 🔥🔥. I watch all of your videos all the time. Very talented young man.
