    • @kiknya xz He is actually bad, if you want to talk real basketball. His knowledge of the game is shallow, he offers no significant insight, his comments tends to give no real value. He's only good for talk show where they just pick/create click bait topic and run with it.

He knows the history of it, even down to what happened play for play when games were played in the 70's, 80's, and 90's.... when he's on ESPN, questions about sports history doesn't come up often..Go to his radio station and you'll see he is a student of the game. • @punkination/videos I don't know if he threw but the matchup was weird. Askren vs Masvidal, Diaz vs Masvidal, McGregor vs Cerrone all seemed like big money moves for ESPN and while I don't think the fighters are fixing fights to go get knocked out, I think the matchmakers and background people are influencing the decision. With a history of underhanded things in sports, you have to at least consider it. That said, SAS' job is to be a recognizable color commentator, like how they have the technical and color guy as part of any combat sport crew. I bet SAS is still learning the ins and outs and probably doesn't take this "new" ESPN UFC sport as seriously, but it's his job. If UFC starts to prioritize it's casual audience, it will be the thing that crushes the sport.

  • Joe is right and Stephen is wrong; it’s not right to disrespect either fighter. But Joe might be missing the point of what Stephen was trying to say. I think Stephen was trying to say that Conor’s performance does not change his opinion he had of Connor before the fight, which is that there are STILL 2 or 3 fighters in the division whom Conor cannot beat (KN, TF, JG).

Bottom line is that SAS called the guy with the most wins in UFC history a quitter, and ppl are right to call bs on it. And Anyone who genuinely thinks the fight was fixed is an idiot. You telling me cowboy is gonna deliberately screw himself out of another potential 100k by taking a dive in a fight he flew his grandmother out to see?😒
