    • Joe, interview with Dr. Mike Mew, he discovered MEWING, it is a habit that makes you more attractive (at the bone level) in about 3 years, it consists of pushing the tongue against the palate to expand it and thus your jaw is marked, Your upper jaw is advanced (avoiding a flat face) and your chin is advanced (because with your tongue you direct facial growth forward). His channel is called ORTHOTROPICS, there is a video that explains more details about this called "attractive face or not"

  • I’ve never heard another ref mention specifically relieving pressure off of the sub at the end of a round. This king truly has the safety of the athletes in mind.

  • As someone who has suffered a few seizures in my life and subsequent blackouts, the nature of the way you come back around can be quite a traumatic and scary experience. To know that refs are allowing a familiar person to be present is so important. Could be huge in preventing unnecessary emotional trauma. Props to Mark.

    • I can't even fathom " emotional " trauma from that lmao. And I've passed out, had a couple seizures. It's why I can't get medically cleared to fight cause they don't why they happen. It's like waking up from a bad dream. That's not traumatic rofl. They're fighters. They don't think like that. They're not looking for things to traumatized them. The average thing that would traumatized the average joe is a cakewalk to a trained fighter. I think people forget fourth percent plus of fighting is u don't get to the UFC unless you're mentally strong. Trauma wtf is even that. TBH

    • He technically did get a title shot and became interim champ but was stripped due to injury. Which was bullshit because it happened right after the mcgregor dolly/bus incident. Mcgregor should have been stripped at that point but they wanted to make the Mcgregor khabib fight. Mcgregor knocked like 3 fights off a fight card with the dolly incident and they reward him with a title shot. Meanwhile stripping tony who only was injured for a short while. While they let rob whittaker stay the champ for 3 damn years and only fighting like twice in that time.

    • Oliveira's jiu jitsu is legendary. I'm surprised Tony lasted 3 rounds grappling with him, 2 of those after his arm was hyperextended and useless. He pulled off some pretty impressive defensive positions, but he was outclassed for sure.

  • People drastically underestimate how hard it is to ref these fights. If you're a second early, you might ruin a fight/part of your career. A second late, someone could be permanently injured. A ton of discretion in their hands, shits gotta be stressful.

  • I have epilepsy and I have noticed somewhat that the closest thing to the experiences I have with my seizures is when a mma fighter is knocked out and wakes up because you dont remember what happened at all you only remember what you were doing before said punch or seizure and what ever happens after is just left for the rest to bare witness to haha
