For the Moriah paint set, she wanted to do pastel colors because high quality paints of those are harder to find than black and white colors, and the things you don’t know what they are are called dotting tools

Re: The Biotin Gummies. I was a Facilitator for Kaiser for a program that specialized in people who have malabsorption (who struggle to get enough nutrients from their food), and one thing we regularly found when trying to pick the best supplements for them is that no matter who you are, you cannot break down gummies enough to get the full benefit of the vitamins in them, unfortunately. The benefit was so irregular and all-over the place, even for people without malabsorption, we simply told the patients not to take them. It was much better to simply take a pill, which would give a predictable amount of nutrients and vitamins. (And thus were much more closer to the label claim for how much was available for you to actually absorb.)
That's great to know, I've been opting for gummies or edibles when possible. I'm a long-time vegetarian and am always low on iron, and now collagen (genetically), but I need a considerable amount of prescription meds and would rather take one handful of pills a day than two. Also liquid iron is gross af and vegan collagen supplements only enhance what you have and it's not enough for me specifically.
@@batsandbatsandbats your iron deficiency is probably due to the fact that you are vegetarian… hopefully you can find something that works for you! I think another problem with gummies is they contain mostly sugars or alternatives that are bad as well. Maybe you could alternate between gummies and pills.
This is not related to the video but what things did you find out that benefit for people with malabsorption? Very curious. Genuinely.

@@hsinyukao4635 Very much so, I've always got blood tests and vague/varying solutions but can notice the symptoms of it getting low. The biotin gummies I had were all natural/vegan/locally made but the amount to take every day compared to the cost of doing it regularly wasn't sustainable. Ideally I'd get enough from food but that's a whole other issue lol. Thanks for your input, it reminded me to look for more impactful formats of iron supplements :)

PharmD undergrad here! The ingredients in the gummies are supposed to work for hair&nail growth, but except for the biotin (although I haven’t seen anything about its efficacy in oral form, it is great for hair growth when applied topically) vitamins only help if you have a deficiency of any of them… like, taking vitamins when your levels are normal doesn’t do anything for you and can actually risk you having hypervitaminosis - which has detrimental effects on your health. If you do have deficiency of any of them though, it will help in the sense that the lack of them leads to hair and nail breakage and supplementing will prevent this :) (Just want to add that my comment about vitamins isn’t just about B&B’s product, it’s a general comment and goes for any unnecessary vitamin supplementation. ITK is actually a great skincare brand and their topical products all have clinically proven ingredients, I strongly recommend their line!)

This is great information. It's why I stopped taking a multivitamin every day, so as not to overdo. I try to take one once or twice a week instead. 😊

Moriah Elizabeth famously uses pastel rainbows in a LOT of her designs. As you mentioned, she has a different character for each colour paint, based on pastel colours that she custom mixed herself. Black and White weren't included because they are common colours, while the Browns are for waffle cone and chocolate as she has uses the dessert theme frequently too. And the little tools are indeed dotting tools, ME uses them for detail work in her art. I would say the set is more aimed at an intermediate level rather than beginners, but as a beginner myself, I really like the custom colours and variety of tools.

On that paint set, those are dotting tools! Moriah uses them A LOT in her channel! And her paint set is literally all her vibe crushed and packed into the set, which might explain the not so normal shades of the paint. Hope it helps!

You actually can use them for nail polish fesigns but she's been using them for years to help paint her Squishies with puffy paint. She also loves her custom rainbow and she based the paint colors off of the colors that she made for her characters that she ended up putting on the paint tubes

Awesome video! ❤ For the hair, skin, and nails gummies, they tend to make no difference unless you were deficient in those vitamins before. I had moderate anemia, and my hair came back when I started taking iron. Moral of the story: if you are missing a vitamin or mineral, you might benefit internally and aesthetically from supplementing that.

I love the Under Armour Infinity bras. Little pricey, but totally worth it. They wash in regular laundry really well and are really comfy. I wear them to work in a factory and I'm in them for 12 to 14 hours a day.
Good to hear, but how big are you? Not being creepy, but I'm a G/DDDD, and have yet to find a bra that actually supports me _and_ feels comfortable (tbh, I've yet to find a bra that is comfortable period). Those of us in the "over the shoulder boulder holder" club have problems with many of these bras. Those she reviewed would do nothing for me, I'd probably be just as well off wearing nothing.

The reason Moriah didn’t include white and black is because you can get paint of those colors from almost any brand but her colors are supposed to be good quality thick pastel colors so you DONT have to mix your own
