Spot on review...never had the Qashqai on my radar. Just by accident ended up sitting in one. Astonishing level of refinement, for a non premium car and a really nice, welcoming interior, easy to use interfaces...leased one for our family.
Bravo on your review of "D-Mode" 👏 I think they should add a little blue button for a 'Sport Plus' setting on future models.

High quality review as usual. I just can’t get excited about crossover type cars though. They’re everywhere, and I dislike all of them!
I totally agree. They were originally designed for posers who wants people to think they are driving 4x4 off-road vehicles. Unfortunately, just like lemmings 98% of the UK drivers now think it is a must to drive these vehicles. They are less comfortable with poorer ride and handling and less environmentally friendly too.
I agree up to a point. They are more practical than a standard hatchback, or estate. I have owned both of the above. If this new Qashqai is as good as it seems, why would you want a pokey hatchback, or an expensive Estate? Just saying.

Really great. Bose systems tend to have the clearest (punchiest) bass response, in my experience. Incidentally, Audi's just started putting Sonos systems in its cars and it's awful, IMO. Mark.

The measurement given here is actually the Hybrid4's boot.

It is nice indeed. In fact nicer that the previous one. I don’t mind them but I don’t loathe them either. I would go, personally, for something hybrid (Honda, Toyota), but for me, the new Qasqai is Okay
Economy of my mk 2 Qashqai 1.5 diesel is great, compared to these 'mild hybrid' things. But this basic fact is downplayed nowadays, in the rush to condemn the real benefits of diesel. Styling of this is also bland, compared to the mk 2.
Qashqai appears to have dire acoustics 🤫
Interesting and quite informative review BUT ……… a juvenile presentation style (in my opinion).
Not sure I'd compare a Toyota CH-R to this.

I feel I should be proud of this car given my taxes have been used to support the Nissan factory in Sunderland and all it’s workers. It’s so bland though, classic Nissan.
Ooh that rear - it's a blatant rip off of an F-Pace/Evoque montage and front lights are DS inspired And that steering wheel has to be the dullest of the modern era
Forget the Nissan CVT, it was always unreliable & shitty
No reply! Looks over styled & bland compared to the previous model , which I own. I won't be buying this.
