My son and I are about to put a shop together so your videos and ideas are going to be used a lot in our household. Thank you Jeremy!
Of all the maker KZheadrs I watch, I think you have the most methodical and, dare I say, quality approach to creating stuff. Both your design and execution are top tier, and I applaud you for your patience and knowledge every time you upload a video. Keep at it, sir, you're filling a niche in a wonderful way.
Glad I’m still working on the main unit in the plans and can opt for this new table holder version. Great work Jer!
Glad to see another video on the grinder! I really appreciate you taking your time to reply to customer issues or concerns no matter how dumb they might be!
You took your own builds to whole new level and I think that is the main reason I kept visiting your channel. In my opinion you are also in the list of badass markers of KZhead.
Five generations down the road will enjoy this grinder!!...great build J
Jeremy, thanks for your continued diligence in the realization of your belt grinder. It is most important to me, and I look forward to other tools that you develop.
Jeremy, just awesome, always coming back to watch your work!
Do it again and Do it right is the best feeling! So cool, Looking forward to next video
Yes! Thanks Martin.
I merely wish to ask if you would make me one of your belt Sanders with a 36"x 6 in table with an additional roller 1" in diameter so that I can hollow grind some of my knifes? After seeing the great work you do I imagine you can come up with a way for the roller to push the belt out about 1/4" midway up the vertical part of the Sander. I can supply a motor, please give me price for this work. I live in Fresno CA. Thanks Steve
Im glad I haven't started mine yet haha. Just bought your plans and they're awesome! Getting all together to build it. Looking forward to it. Thanks again!
Still one of the cleanest DIY grinders I have seen. Great work!
I was pretty excited about this video. Great piece of reengineering. Thanks for sharing.
Amazing work as always! Looking forward to seeing the tilting table design and construction!
I Stopped everything just to watch your new video. You’ve seriously have the best videos on the internets. Great job 👍🏼👍🏼
Eric Fleenor agreed I wish he made more!
I know, right?! One of the best build/craft channels on the interwebs. Great ideas, style, pace, camerawork. Super glad I stumbled upon these vids!
AND I wish that Jeremy made dozens more videos too! He’s been quiet lately so I hope everything is going ok. Such a clever guy who makes really entertaining videos with not an ounce of bs. Or shite music.... or patronises.
Qué buena maquina cómo conseguir una
You posted that just in time for me. I just finished building the grinder and platen and to days project is the table.
You put more thought and effort into an addendum than other people put into a whole build. Very impressive.
What else can I say but great all around. Excellent presentation, great video, super explanation, and on and on. Thanks Jeremy.
It is really an Awesome Design! The process is a masterpiece of the "thing should make the life easier" approach. Don't stop on improving please!
Wow I love this build, one of the best homemade grinders
One thing I notice ever since I watch your videos, the material you use is all "overkill" like they will last generations upon generations because of the way you built this belt sander! It looks good and very tough! Fantastic job!
Once again, excellent execution! Great idea and that grinder is extremely empowering. You can do so much with that thing!
Nice upgrade!
Extremely well done. You have learned that experience is actually the best teacher and a far better design criteria.👌👌🖖
Glad to see your making videos. I'm sure your very busy. Great work!
Jeremy, your videos are always amazing.
This is one of the nicest belt grinders I’ve seen.
Nice upgrade. Great job Jeremy.
I tend to focus more on the aesthetic end of design, but I'm always drawn back to, and really enjoy your videos - insanely clever solutions, that are always well thought out and logically explained :)
You focus on aesthetics, you end up with a nice LOOKING product, that works like shit. A la Apple.
I found using doubler plates(and neodyumium magnets) with my adjustable tool rest makes it easier for angles and other hard to maneuver actions.. I also have an indent in the plate, so I can slide it around the wheels(small or 8"-10"). Then I just slide the plate to wherever i need it... Always love watching your builds...take it easy...
Always enjoy your videos. You're the only one I watch at 1x speed. I watch everyone else at 1.5x or 2x speed. Very impressive tool and construction.
Always a treat to see your work. Thanks for sharing.
Nice craftsmanship in your work
Very nice grinder and nice improvement as well . Quality build , Quality video and clear and concise explanation.
good timing. I am putting parts together to build your design, I picked up the plans some time ago. Seems like a good mod. Thanks
It's like you knew I had this as an upcoming "I have to do this" project. Cheers! ;)
Love the upgrad and makes sense. I will be doing this to mine as well.
Good to see you back
Great adjustment to your design elements, I look forward to beginning this build…just bought your plans for the grinder.
Great upgrade on the holder Jeremy! Thanks for sharing the video.👍😎JP
Here we go, back to the shop! Here I thought I was done 😂 Looks good man, excited to see the tilting table next.
The things you call "Had to be done" is so incredebly satisfying to watch! Please don't ever stop filming them. Doesn't matter how small of an adjustments you think it is, for me (and I belive there is a few more sharing the opinion) this is the reason I use KZhead. Small projects, informative videos, very nice results. And for the record, I think this is a large improvement.
Great design. I bought the plans. Many thanks.
Always fun to see your uploads. Thanks Jeremy!
Always look forward to watching your videos, great work and insight 👊🏼👍🏼
I enjoyed every second of this video 😊I am not of a engineering back ground but looking at this video I wish I was 😊brilliant! Thank you
Now this is timely. I messed up making my table holder and decided that the only way to fix it was to make a new one. Now I can make this one and not feel as bad about scrapping the other.
There are thinkers and there are doers, you are both!!!
Good video Jer, long time since your last one, so enjoyed the revamp on your excellent grinder...👍🏻
Thanks Jeremy, great job.
So great with so much details.
well done Jeremy. Your work and videos are just great. keep up the good and inspiring work.
dont really need none of this but just watched 1h of your videos! So cool! Keep up with the good work!
Well explained and nice work, as always. Thank you for sharing.
You have no idea how good it feels to get a new video from you! Was starting to worry you'd somehow accidently welded yourself into a box by mistake 😖
I think he will do it someday
thanks for showing Jer, nice work as always :)
really nice add on you make for yours 45° (and others) tables
I purchased your plans for the belt sander thanks for the addition I can see the need for it. When are we building a 4" version lol
Always amazed at what you build and your ideas. great job. Glad to see a new video.
Yes I plan to get your plans just gotta get my money for it. Love the whole set-up. Still amazed at the table for it also.
Thanks!
I've missed your videos! Looking forward to more content :)
jeremy uploaded! it's a good day!
The "trial and error" methodology it's still the gold standard of industrial progress. Ideas can exist on paper but ultimately the only thing that a finished product can represent is usefulness. Which is the culmination of idea, design and execution.
Nicely done!! good to see another upload. Thanks
Genius at work .
Well I told you to fix this problem over half a year ago. Glad you finally did it.
You're referring to the clamping bolts, right? I don't remember anyone complaining about the height...
Nope, Jer. I was just kidding. Good job!
Nice job, as usual, great durability.
When You criticised, you old table, I thought ‘boy are you picky!’ But as ever your new one is definitely an improvement, worth having. I am addicted to watching your builds, I’m binge watching right now. Great stuff.
Nice and clean job!
Sweet build!
This is the first video of yours I have seen and I already subscribed! I love how you clearly explained the reason for pretty much everything you are doing. Some "instructional" videos kind of gloss over important steps as if they expect you to know, but a lot of us are starting out with minimal knowledge of how to make these things so your clear instructions are great!
Thank you! Glad you liked it
Great Job Jeremy!
Awsome job on the upgrade. It’s always an absolute pleasure to watch how methodical and detail oriented you are. Get videos get job
Great
Nice work! It was cool to hear Martin give you a shout out on Wintergatan Wednesdays.
Nice upgrade! 👍👊
We want more Jeremy!
Your work is so exceptional that the only thing it is missing is a little automotive BONDO to clean up welds that don't as planned. A guy did a video of brazing some cast iron mounts and did the BONDO filling before paint and you couldn't see where he had worked on it. Pretty slick techinque. I don't do it because I couldn't afford as much as I would need to make my work look acceptable !!
can't wait for the tilting table!
Working on it as we speak!
We'd all love to see videos of your actual projects Jeremy.
I'm always think of ways to better stuff too. Great job
Welcome back!
Nice work! I’m going to make this for my grinder.
Well done mate.
Your design is beautifully practical, but outside the box as well. I’ve been building my 2x72 for a bit now, and I’m on the home stretch. I hope you don’t mind that I am planning on incorporating your adjustable table design into my own. I have seen many ways to do it, but none as good as yours. You should be proud of the way your brain solves problems. Very clever sir!
Thanks! Feel free to copy anything I do :)
Nice job. Love your videos. I would love to see more.
Awesome work, as always!
Well done sir!
Bought your plans on Etsy. Super excited to make this grinder, thank you! @HoneyOnWales
Awesome video! I love when you upload new vids!
Amazing work
love it, great process
you improved versions of table model good
Nice video thanks Jeremy.
This made me wan to buy the plans. They are great plans, worth every cent. This is a high productivity tool system. Thanks for investing your time to make smart projects and good videos!
Thank you!
Bad ass design work sir.
If there's no room for improvement, there's nothing left to learn. And if there's nothing left to learn, what's the point? Well done!
Well said! Thanks.
I really like you builds and videos. I wish you would buy a portable bandsaw. It kills me watching all the hacksaw work. Old guy like me looks for the easy way! Great job. I’m currently working off your plans to build my sander
Just bought your plans. I hope you make a million dollars!
Excellent work....
Nicely built. Great video. : )
Das Ding ist obergeil.Ich beobachte die Entwicklung von Anfang an. Aber, du hast es so stabil gebaut, dass es eher für Profis, 24 Stunden am Tag, im Einsatz ist, als für Hobbyisten😜❣❣❣
Very COOL Jeremy!!
