This thing is an absolute beast. Way faster than I thought. Some say it's almost as fast as Pariah when it's stanced. I bought it today and it's so fun to drive, deceptively fast. To me it looks like a cheaper sports car that isn't that quick but when you try it then you really understand why it's so expensive. Speed and acceleration is insane.

Sultan Classic can be an Evolution V, VI and IX Kuruma is an 90% Evolution X Sultan RS is more an Impreza + Altezza with some Evo 7/9 Parts, I don't think Rockstar will add a new evolution anytime

I mean, the Evo is in the game about as much as the WRX/STi is. The Sultan classics and the Kuruma are all about 50/50 WRX/Evo. You have bumpers, hoods, wings, and skirts that make the car look like an Evo. My Sultan Classic looks mostly Evo cuz of the body panels I put on. The only part that throws it off is the taillights, but other than that, Rockstar made it enough of a mix of both for it to work as both cars.

The Karin Calico GTF is clearly the best Tuner car in GTA5 rn, It has incredible handling, awesome Acceleration and decent speed. The only issue I have noticed is that this car can be pretty stiff when you’re trying to make fast corners so you sort of have to take it easy on the corners but this car does indeed have good cornering speed

yea i couldn’t handle the steering of the calico so i use the sultan rs which can take the corners better and is just as fast. The only problem is it likes to slip when coming out of the corners though

The ST205 Celica. The other one was ST185. The ST205 raced in the World Rally Championship with Didier Auriol and Yoshio Fujimoto. But was disqualified for an air restrictor that was illegal that bypassed the regulations. They were not only banned for the rest of the 1995 season, but they were also banned for the next season too.

If you practice enough you can take pretty much any corner in this while still getting a high speed going through them. It's definitely a car you need to drive for a good while to be able to corner in.

The Celica is the only car I've bought so far (when I did the test drive it felt like it had a turbo or other speed upgrades in it, and I wondered if buying it there would get me those upgrades essentially free but evidently not). You are correct though - I did do a street build. Now, I think gonna wait until it goes on sell, buy a second one and make a rally version.

This thing is an absolute beast. Way faster than I thought. Some say it's almost as fast as Pariah when it's stanced. I bought it today and it's so fun to drive, deceptively fast. To me it looks like a cheaper sports car that isn't that quick but when you try it then you really understand why it's so expensive. Speed and acceleration is insane.

Sultan Classic can be an Evolution V, VI and IX Kuruma is an 90% Evolution X Sultan RS is more an Impreza + Altezza with some Evo 7/9 Parts, I don't think Rockstar will add a new evolution anytime

I mean, the Evo is in the game about as much as the WRX/STi is. The Sultan classics and the Kuruma are all about 50/50 WRX/Evo. You have bumpers, hoods, wings, and skirts that make the car look like an Evo. My Sultan Classic looks mostly Evo cuz of the body panels I put on. The only part that throws it off is the taillights, but other than that, Rockstar made it enough of a mix of both for it to work as both cars.

When i first drove this car i had the same thoughts this car has an insane acceleration and is very fast i immediately used it in races and won alot
I guess someone at R* must be a rally fan or something, hence the car's performance seems to be reminiscent of its rl rally car counterpart.

The Karin Calico GTF is clearly the best Tuner car in GTA5 rn, It has incredible handling, awesome Acceleration and decent speed. The only issue I have noticed is that this car can be pretty stiff when you’re trying to make fast corners so you sort of have to take it easy on the corners but this car does indeed have good cornering speed
It is freaking quick but the steering is really bad.
yea i couldn’t handle the steering of the calico so i use the sultan rs which can take the corners better and is just as fast. The only problem is it likes to slip when coming out of the corners though

I bought it today and without upgrades it is so fast. I was astonished, the acceleration is also top. With upgrades it is unique. It is the best car ever made in GTA5.

I just got it yesterday and my god I used it in some friendly races and I basically got off the line so quick, idk if anyone’s realized but you are allowed to stance it and it goes so much faster at the consequence of swinging when turning but insane car from the car update

Glad Rockstar made this car rapid. The 3SGTE engine IRL is insanely quick when modified. GT-Four Celicas are massively underrated.
My first car was a 1988 Celica ZR, a bit older but won it in an auction starting at $1. Mate owned a newer one but he crashed it into a $60000 power pole... Fond memories and fun times!

I hadn't bought a car from this update yet, but I've done races with the stock Calico. It really keeps up/passes other racers so far. It seems to get me 3rd most often, sometimes better or worse.

I went for a street rally build, all the rally mods and no livery, i love It!
Not a car person at all but for some reason this model instantly made me think Castrol Rally car and it looks like it was that thing, dad used to watch rally back in 90's so i guess my visual memory comes from there :D Brought it and tried to mimic that Castrol version as best as i could and i fucking love it now.
Did a street race earlier in my Euros, and man those Calico's are fast. I still got the win because I had a way better racing line but they almost had me
If you practice enough you can take pretty much any corner in this while still getting a high speed going through them. It's definitely a car you need to drive for a good while to be able to corner in.
The Celica is the only car I've bought so far (when I did the test drive it felt like it had a turbo or other speed upgrades in it, and I wondered if buying it there would get me those upgrades essentially free but evidently not). You are correct though - I did do a street build. Now, I think gonna wait until it goes on sell, buy a second one and make a rally version.
