  • Ingame dials are inaccurate for most cars, cuz the car actually goes 180mph when measured with an accurate mod menu speedo, but ig for console it’s still a good reference as to wether it’s faster or slower than before

    • @@deathtrap5556 It's because car performance is tied to the framerate on GTA 5, so consoles with fixed fps are accurate, but are a bit faster on PC because you have as many frames as your PC can do.

    • They do actually use the data from the game for the digital spedometers like those in the open wheelers or the opressor mark II. I think the other speedometers are just inaccurate because they put the labels with the speed so that it looks good rather than being accurate. That is why they are never accurate (maybe some are by chance) but you can't even compare if one vehicle is faster than another with these

  • Instead of slamming into a wall from the sides at 100mph, can't you just use an up-n-atomizer? EDIT: yeah it works, shot each side 5 times and i'm going 160mph with regular tires, stanced, not even with low grips on, this is broken :D

  • The new Dominator ASP has really good acceleration if you make it go wheelie and release for a very short time and accelerate again it just goes into wheelie and fullspeed almost in few seconds

  • Most "tuner" races are filled with thight curves and corners that force you to control your speed, so speed is not the most important but the skill. Choose any car you like by the look and you will have the same posibilities to win than anyone if you are a good driver.

  • I think this is why both the low grip tires and the stance option should be available on all road vehicles in the game (non road vehicles being armoured, weaponized, bigger offroad and service vehicles)

  • Im LVL 70 so ima help you out. DO THIS Once a day every day go to the car meet, change something on any car in the car meet, buy a peice of clothing test drive a car. Then just play races but if you have a friend, scrambles and head to head give you a lot but have a cool down, I recommend playing those then when you are on a cooldown play a race then go back and to the test track to do the head to head/scramble. To get rep afk go into the test track, and when you leave it you will have a screen asking if you want to exit or enter the car meet. Dont click anything, stay on that screen and you wont get kicked. This helps A LOT.

  • Calico is brutal... almost all players in the street race series uses this vehicle. It felt dull with not much variety of other tuner vehicles races as I always see it :D

  • I think rockstar used the programation of the easy drift cheat in the low grip tires.... Its because basically putting the low grip tires is turning on the "easy drift" cheat of GTA V, rockstar must have put a trigger in these tires and they get turned on and off when you install these tires

    • This is the dumbest thing I’ve read😂 Well what I could make out from it! Low grip is far from the “slider cars cheat” This is a drift feature, You can feather the throttle and drift similar to irl where as the slidey car cheat. Legit makes cars slide.. no wheel spin. Slide lmao

  • It also depends on where your driving, when I’m on the freeway in that car it breaks the speedo and I don’t have slippery tires it’s because the freeway is a little bumpy.
