  • При строительстве железных дорог геотекстиль используется в качестве разделяющей прослойки между материнским грунтом и железнодорожной насыпью, что исключает потери нижнего насыпного слоя щебня и ускоряет дренажный процесс отвода воды. Также при помощи геосинтетика усиливается балластная призма основных площадок земляного полотна ж/д пути.

    • тото кутунье так под новой решеткой еще нет щебня, после крана проедут хоппер дозаторные вертушки(хдв), это такие вагоны с щебнем, после проедет баластер(элб), он выравнивает путь, ну и в конце проедет выправочно подбивочная машина (впо)

    • @@elodeep Wagons with rubble throw out rubble in a certain amount along the way, then follows a sleeper train of wagons that removes rubble from the rail lifts the sleepers with vibratory machines rubble under the sleepers in accordance with the level in the electronic computer. When the sleepers and rails are aligned, and the passing cars at a reduced speed show that the track is laid correctly, after a while the rails will change to long jointless rails, and the short rails will be returned back to the assembly point of the rail-sleeper grid

  • Нетканый синтетический материал, который в настоящее время находит все более широкое применение при строительстве и эксплуатации сооружений различного назначения в нашей стране и за рубежом, способен разделять и армировать грунты, дренировать и отводить воду. Этот материал изготавливают из синтетических волокон (отходы, вторичное сырье или первичное из расплава полимеров), которые соединяют между собой механическим путем на иглопробивных машинах, где специальные иглы спутывают их в слое. Для производства материалов используют волокна из различных полимеров (полиэфира, полиамида, полипропилена и др.), химическая и биологическая стойкость которых обеспечивает срок службы их в грунте на протяжении нескольких десятков лет. Применение натуральных волокон исключается, так как они недолговечны при работе в грунте. К числу важнейших свойств нетканых материалов относятся следующие: способность задерживать мелкие частицы грунта (свойство фильтра); высокая водопроницаемость; высокая механическая прочность при растяжении в сочетании с эластичностью и способностью к удлинению; технологичность применения (малый расход на единицу площади, удобство транспортирования, укладки и соединения).

  • Interesting. Watching track in the end - how are tracks today laid so well, than train can go 160km/h and there's no noise or vibrations whatsoever? There are trains and tracks where 80km/h feels like speed limit that is given by what suspension can handle, track photographed by 120mm equivalent lens looks bumpy and when train goes over this track, it sinks by 2-3cm into the ground under the wheels (not to mention that two thirds of the bolds seemed loose). But my question is more about how to get tracks perfectly straight over tens over meters? Are there some measurement trains capable of pushing tracks few centimeters sideways? And what about curves?

  • how do they align the tracks on the ground. i.e. how do they follow the correct path with millimeters tolerance avpoiding zigzaging?

    • Maybe they use some levelling-metering lasers like everyone in the building industry? You can see the red markings on the mesh when a section is laid down.

    • Do you see the young gentleman at the beginning with the stick with the instruments on top.? That's a GPS unit. The dirt crew that leveled and packed the grade before laying down the Geo mesh fabric probably had GPS units mounted on their equipment. The same as we have in the US when they redo our interstates. The term and the practice of blue topping will be lost in the history books.

  • Работая в этой сфере мне бросилось в глаза, отсутствуют стыкователи при стыковке РШР и нет жёсткого шаблона в конце монтируемо звена. Рулеткой замеры производят. И ещё машинист крана который управляет краном находится в междупутье а не с полевой стороны, это неудобно.
