    • Aye, early Verve was solid, not sure what happened to make them change it up so much. I just couldn't get into the later material at all, and I tried, HARD. Verve and Spiritualized were my top two.. you can imagine my headspin when Kate Radley left Jay for Richard.

    • Judgemental it may be but are you denying most of kids listen to music that is in fashion? Very few, apparently including you, go by their own taste, most are following others to belong and to fit in, so they will listen to what others are listening to. When people get older they will get more confident in themselves and more comfortable on what's their own thing. Are you disagreeing?

Half the time he was turned around and watching the screen on the stage behind them. It was really something. That was back when they were just called Verve.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE their early, psychedelic stuff - TRULY AWESOME & (I felt) when they were most 'vital' : thanx 4 putting this out cos it's reacquainted me with some seriously great music that I'd allowed myself to miss for a quite a bit.

I remember riding in a car along US Interstate 10 along the panhandle of Florida on a cool, misty morning looking out the foggy window at the continuous valleys of pine trees with a radio show playing only 90s music into the headphones of my walkman. The Verve came through just as the sun started to edge and I entered a state of Euphoria and ease almost like a soft Heroin. I was only 13 and completely sober. Still am. Yet I am addicted.

  • Those who seek shall find, that's a promise from the bible. I am proud of my faith and proud of the God JAHVE and CHRIST and once you find the truth just stick to it. So proud to be just a woman who wants to study the Bible with my friends. God is all the only strength I need.
