Why am I not surprised Chael is a scab
His YT content is unwatchable - he is decent when he is on ESPN live and professional and speaks hints of truth
lol the fighters got underpaid in a lawsuit
About 40gs each
200k approximately for each fighter wow super win for UFC ….. after lawyer fees and taxes its litterly 1 years pay for each
$280,000 for each fighter seems like a low number. $335M divided by 1,200 fighters.
Lawyers get 30% it’s about 200k each
Who are these 1200 fighters ? Current or old retired fighters?
A couple of schmucks from bellator thrown in there probably
Crooks!
So much for change. These fighters just wanted a payday.
Our legal system is always rigged for the rich side. It’s so hard to get monetary justice for anything, besides just mma & shrewd ufc
Bro this is actually badass they complaining while they only have a job bc the ufc is here for them
You win the stupid comment award 👏👏
He called fighters "players". WTF buddy!??
He didn't call fighters players. But he is referring to competing organizations as the "players", which is a perfectly legitimate english term
They are, they played themselves
Honestly to even feel sorry for the fighters. They sold out period. They could’ve changed the sport and they decided to grab and go.
Good
Hopefully this means the UFC wont be able to afford Apex cards and starts hitting the road again. I know, 300mill probably isnt "a lot" but its hefty.
UFC has 2 years to pay it, it’s tax deductible & they have a 400 million dollar credit line This isn’t shit to them
Apex is why they can afford this payment, easily... it's now a publicly traded company dude, work close to $7 billion and the stock went UP after this annoucement. It's clear the UFC got away with a huge win here...
Apex is free for them
@@mikejonesgt9228 what tickets are they selling? It's like 50 seats in there
@@sayville_silver I think they are selling them as like a VIP like experience with a tour etc and they start at 1k a ticket for the worst seats and go upto 5k+ - I can't remember where I saw this info so take with a pinch of salt.
