Recipe 1! 📌
5 tablespoons of oatmeal.
130 ml warm milk.
Let it sit for 10 minutes.
1 banana.
Mix.
1 egg.
Mix.
Cook covered on low heat.
Apple.
3 tablespoons of thick yogurt.
Lemon juice.
Mix.
Very tasty and healthy!
These pancakes are low in calories and help with weight loss!
Recipe 2! 📌
1 glass of oatmeal (100 grams).
Crush in a blender.
3 eggs.
2 bananas.
Crush in a blender.
100 grams of flour.
80 grams of butter.
10 grams of baking powder.
Sugar. If on a diet, skip it!
Mix.
Salt.
Pour into a mold.
Place a banana on top.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
It turns out very delicious and healthy!

    • Immer noch zu viel Banane! Ich würde die ganze Pakete nicht erhitzen ( manche Vitamine funktionieren nicht mehr) Haferflocken+kale Milch reicht doch. Mal auch nicht essen = Intervall fasten.

  • It’s not healthy, milk is filled with hormones and sugar! Fruit is bad for people with diabetes. Yogurt is bad for people who are lactose intolerant. Eggs I’m allergic so I can’t have it. So come up with a recipe that doesn’t consist of these things that I can have that’s healthy. 🤷🏼‍♀️
