Do you have rice and eggs at home? 2 recipes quick, easy and very tasty!
INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION
0:00 Recipe #1
1 glass of rice
2 glasses of water
Salt
4 eggs
olive oil
Fry the rice in oil for 2 minutes
Add water and salt to taste
Cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed
Separate the yolks and add to the rice
Mix the rice well
Everything has to be yellow.
Salt the egg whites and beat to a small foam
Add egg white to rice
Stir frequently until egg whites are browned.

Roasted vegetables are a delicious addition to a rice dish. Cook dinner like in a restaurant.
garlic
Ginger
Onion
bush beans
Red pepper
corn on the cob
3 tablespoons soy sauce
oil for frying
First sauté the garlic and ginger for 2 minutes
Then add onion and bean pods
If you like soft beans then fry them first!!
Then sauté the peppers and corn
Roast vegetables over medium heat
Add soy sauce and mix vegetables well
Fry for another 3 minutes
The sauce should soak into the vegetables

  • That was quick and easy!! And all I needed was rice and eggs at home! Oh, and onions, garlic, ginger, snap peas, water chestnuts, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, a sprig of rosemary, scallions, baby corn, mushrooms, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, virgin olive oil, smoky paprika, soy sauce, baby spinach, lemongrass, a 12-oz. ribeye steak, jumbo prawns, half a crab, and a glass of Merlot. Then, BAM! Simple, easy, fast lunch!

He’s a very active teens and 20 something that I’ve been making this and the rice helps make the eggs more filling. It’s very very tasty. The rice also blunts the seasoning so you can add a lot of black pepper, which is very healthy without it tasting two peppery, it gives him energy and they leveled blood sugar level to be active throughout the day. If you make the rice rice the night before, with a little fat, we use coconut oil, and then refrigerate it. A large portion of the starch turns into resistant starch, which is processed like fiber for the body, adding to its nutritional value.

  • I had rice & eggs so I tried this. It was amazingly delish. Reminded me of breakfast when I fry eggs over easy then mix it with my rice. I guess if I had all those other ingredients it would have made a difference.

  • When I was a child my mom would make Eggs and Rice, but she would pair it with Bacon and Orange Juice. It was always delicious. I made it for my kids and still make it at times today.
