  • 110% agree man...I think Mike for the first time since the early 90s is going into a fight in love with Boxing,I was a fan since 87/88 and followed his ups and downs but I knew dam well Mike didn't have a hope in he'll of beating Lewis in 2002..everyone that followed Tyson knew he was never as good or focused since the absence of Kevin Rooney, all the commentators and real boxing fans knew it..by the time he fought Holyfield sure he looked in shape etc but basically he was a man being torn apart by his Demons,he relied on intimidation and punching power rather than supreme laser focused boxing skills..for the first time since 1988 I see a Tyson that's not only totally in love with boxing again but has not just layed his Demons to rest,he's made them his friends..I been waiting 30 plus years to see this Tyson again,he really wants to be the best he possibly can be despite age..this ain't about money this is about self respect and love of the sport its beautiful ❤

    @mikebrown3881@mikebrown388125 күн бұрын
    • Tyson didn't train properly for the Douglas fight but he clearly lost it. He was battered throughout. Peppered by the jab and constantly hit by right hands. Yes, the count was long in Round 8 but that wasn't Douglas' fault and he'd have been be an absolute fool to not take advantage of it. There was no shame in Tyson losing to Douglas. That motivated Douglas was a great fighter. If Douglas had been like this throughout his career, he'd have been considered a great. Probably in the top 20 or even top 10 Heavyweights of all time.

  • This is probably the best video you've put out imho. I tend to focus on a fighter's legs. The upper body, esp. in boxing, is a big area of focus. However, it's also worthwhile to analyze the other parts that hold the upper body up - mostly the legs, lower back, and abdominals. Tyson's legs are still large and muscular and functional in his latest videos. This should bode well for him in his fight against Jake Paul. Rocky Marciano would've given Mike Tyson a run for his money. But that's a whole different discussion.

    @mathuff5@mathuff520 күн бұрын
  • The fact that Jake Paul can't fight as he is being pressed moving backwards and Mike Tyson's unique style of only moving forward is disastrous for Jake Paul. In the same video you showed of Mike's latest training, Mike's trainer Rafael Cordeiro even mentioned how Jake can't fight moving backwards.. He is going to turtle up and be an easy target.. Just look at how Fury had pressed him just a little and he could not handle it...

Just as hard. like if it's a wide open, completely unblocked, clean shot that lands, I think Ngannu hits harder than anyone else ever. I'm pretty sure he's got the record for the hardest punch Lbs PSI. I think he broke his own record once too.

The guy is special and I’d say on his day against any other fighter in history on their day he’d come out on top he was that good. I’m not talking about longevity as he lived fast and that’s the reason he became the youngest ever heavyweight champ cos I think the management team knew they would have a problem with him when he was older, richer and a superstar keeping him on the straight and narrow. • A lot people seem to focused on Tyson's age as to why they think Paul has a chance. But Tyson is 20 lbs heavier than Paul and when we are talking about the heaviest hands in boxing for the last 50+ years, those 20lbs will be a huge factor. That, coupled with the fact that Paul is still a beginner who telegraphs his punches, and you have a disaster in the making. They separate fighters by weight and they don't call it the sweet science for nothing. Paul will be lucky he ends up like Marvis Frazier cause it could potentially be a lot worse.

Let’s hope Jake Paul has dental insurance., or a strong mouth piece…..Jake can’t afford to suffer further brain damage…..if Jake is hit with a kidney shot he’s gonna fold, and eat a nasty follow up uppercut. Tyson is built different…..if you fail to stop his peek a boo style, Jake gonna be getting hit with unpredictable punches…..if Jake attempts to do a overhand right, he better connect or he will be countered…..and that’s lights out for Paul.
