such a load of shit. he was 185 against Nate, and was pretty smooth, 12-15%bf. he walks around at 200 and probably 15-20% bf. literally impossible for him to have put on 30 lbs of lean mass even with roids. i know, because i use the secret sauce, im the same height as Jake, and 240 lbs. there is no amount of gear he could take that would do that. if hes 230, hes a soft 230 and probably 25% bf. it takes me almost a year of eating 8k calories a day, 300g of protein, and a pretty brutal cycle, working out 6 days a week HARD to get to 260, and thats still with significant water and extra insulation.
