Bears are being set up for success! No rookie QB has been in a better spot than Caleb will be. Fields is still gonna be a stud in my opinion because Steelers have a good infrastructure. I truly wish Fields the best because vast majority of fans LOVED him. We know he was not put in a good situation with Chicago. Now its time to move forward with Caleb and win some games!
No number 1 overall pick* there have been rookies in better spots. Brock Purdy is one. But definitely the best number 1 overall pick situation I can ever remember for sure.

As a Bears fan I’m conflicted. On one hand, we’ve never been in a better situation. On the other, we’re the Bears and we always mess up. I’m hoping this time we don’t.

He made his bed now sleep in it. Poles loses all my respect, he didn’t set up Justin he still hasn’t drafted his 3tech. Or any pro bowler and has most of his trade’s only the Carolina and sweat trades that’s it. With an easy schedule and older offensive talent band aiding the much needed center, but spent 8 mil on a rb? Caleb clearly only cares about money and status wait till he loses 3 straight games because eberflus calls another bad game. 1. He beat a better UCLA team in 2022. He’s 1-1 against them. 2. Carrying a team with lesser talent is easier to do in the NFL and not college because of the ridiculous talent gap that exists in college. 3. College win loss record is irrelevant. College football players is about players. NFL is about QB. The best QBs in the NFL usually have the worst college records. The college QBs that win the most notmally don’t do anything in the NFL

Caleb has BUST written all over him. - 5 consecutive USC QB Busts after Carson Palmer. - Played in pass-happy No-defense Pac-12. - Undersized at 6’1”, which matters a lot more in NFL than college - Basic, simplistic, QB-friendly Lincoln Riley spread offense that inflates QB production and doesn’t translate to NFL - Known for his out-of-structure, backyard football plays. Playing in-structure is not good, which doesn’t bode well for the NFL. - Squeaky clean pockets from the shotgun with a deep secure firm pocket up the middle, tons of room to step up. His NFL pockets will be nothing like his USC pockets. - The Chicago Bears franchise has NEVER produced a Franchise QB, ever. This has all the makings of an epic, all-time Bust.
