Im going to lose my shit if he gets the belt from Leon Edwards and him and Jon Jones are champions at the same time. Two legends that have been fucking people up in the UFC for well over a decade +

Was sucked in after watching kimbo’s backyard fights back in early 2000s. Jorge’s generation has passed, nevertheless he is responsible partly for the new gen. The man is a hall of fame member without doubt. The progression of theis sport is still moving at speed. Every couple of years we are now seeing new competitive talent

@@jaulloa21 Yes, have you boxed ever? The power from any punch, whether it’s a 1, a 2, a 3, a 4, a 5, or a 6 comes almost entirely from the legs and core. The shoulder is responsible for the power generated from the arm itself, but this is nothing when compared to the power generated from your legs: glutes, hamstrings, obliques, and serratus anterior are working the hardest when throwing a proper punch. The whole body works like a whip when throwing a straight/cross (whichever you prefer to call it) where the legs are the “handle” of the whip.
