  • Wicked video as always. Something I wonder about with Spar Wars is why do the guys seem to take turns so much? Is it so that each partner can have a go at going hard while staying relatively safe? I imagine it creates super tough fighters who are conditioned to take a knock and not lose composure... but I wonder if they don't get a lot of practice countering and really looking for openings (rather than aiming shots for their partner's guard)... What's the method?

    @Antarrah@Antarrah Жыл бұрын
    • I was literally just watching and scrolling down these comments thinking the exact same thing. Not that that's bad or doesn't build a fighter, and not that they aren't good, but that's not a real fight simulation. Unless they're fighting a crazy Dutch guy, hahaha.

      @Jonglohn@Jonglohn Жыл бұрын
    • Это один из аспектов боя, симуляция. Бойцы оттачивают вариативность на дистанции, скоростные показатели и берегут партнёра, насколько это вохможно. А так много есть ещё чего! Например уход с линии атаки, заход в ближний бой, удары в открытые окна, а не по защите, да и сами удары могут быть более пробивные, не по поверхности и т.д. и т.п. Век живи, век учись

      @user-gm3dd5hh5h@user-gm3dd5hh5h Жыл бұрын
    • @@Jonglohn very true but it's a great way to make sure you and your partner can get alot of reps in and it's also a great way to make sure your practicing your defense as much as your offense. I'm sure leading up to a fight they would spar differently
