4:52 that kick to the balls haha
Damn haha
kkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
Someone needs new shin guards for Christmas 😂
😂😂
There’s always that one guy that will use some equipment until it’s run to the ground and busting out the seams lol
It’s been like that for a minute now
RDX shin guards not got the best bands on them a year and their done for. Good budget guards
That dude took a devastating shot to the sack
Thank you for the content. Your hard sparring videos during lockdown led me to start training Muay Thai and I haven't looked back since.
Thank you so much brother glad they inspired you
Same here!!!
Great stuff. really cool to see the progression of skill level among all the fighters, especially the younger ones.
Couldn't agree more!
We’ve all been that big dude before much respect for taking the warrior path. We only get better with time
Huge respect!
been training for 8 months.i wish i could handle the pressure like these to warriors.insanley good 👍
It’s just time and experience
Great sparring sessions. First 2 guys very evenly matched, good control of power and technique.
Love the fast leg kicks.
Been watching loads of these vids lately getting myself motivated to get back into mma

4:54 Rip to the fallen soldier in the back
Some clean combos in there, great footage keep it up 🥊
I like the hat from the one guy in the background 😅✌ merry xmas
Good times! You always share the best sparring videos
Glad you like them! Thanks
Dude with blue shorts and dude with black t shirt are solid af
Christmas sweaters killing me. 😂
The Asian guy sparring Ammari in the beginning is a savage
Taz skills have improved so much
He’s a beast
This One Guy really needs More Professionall Shin guards!
Constant pressure
Remember reading reddit comments about Ammari going too hard & bullying his partners. You can easily see him varying intensities here versus different opponents and going pretty light when warranted. Great fighter, & looks like a great training partner that knows when & when not to turn it on, imho. Happy Holidays Siam Boxing, thanks for the great content!!! 🤙👊🤝
Your welcome have a great Christmas
christmas theme is so funny with hard sparring
Tis the season to be jolly 😀
12:52 the brother just got sick of it. i like the christmas spirit.
This style is a more conditioning type of sparring. They take turns throwing a hard combo while the other covers up , they don't/ can't take risks to try new techniques. This still certainly has its place but shouldn't take the place of lighter technical sparring .
those booster shin guards look so damn nice
They’re nice 👌
ammari's cardio is next level man, insane!
Crazy gas tank
Happy holidays everyone
have a great Christmas and New Year
Homeboy should get some new shinpads for Christmas
5:56 best kickboxing gear :D
🔥Need a Jordan vucenic mma sparring video and another Knowlesy Academy video
Knowlesy for sure
maybe in the new year we will do something with them again. thanks for watching
I wish I had a gym as good as yours nearby :(
I’m sure there will be some good ones around your area
Hi I want to buy a headgear for MMA, and I am wondering which one to choose: Fairtex HG13, fairtex HG10 or top King empower? I have a big nose so I would like to have maximum nose protection
Wheres this gym at? Watched these videos for years, would love to come down and spar 🤞💪🏼🔥🤝💥💪🏼
Love watching these, blue shorts looking a little chunky, gotta get that diet on point.
Are you guys trying to put each other down or just keeping high pace with light touches to the head?
Wicked video as always. Something I wonder about with Spar Wars is why do the guys seem to take turns so much? Is it so that each partner can have a go at going hard while staying relatively safe? I imagine it creates super tough fighters who are conditioned to take a knock and not lose composure... but I wonder if they don't get a lot of practice countering and really looking for openings (rather than aiming shots for their partner's guard)... What's the method?
I was literally just watching and scrolling down these comments thinking the exact same thing. Not that that's bad or doesn't build a fighter, and not that they aren't good, but that's not a real fight simulation. Unless they're fighting a crazy Dutch guy, hahaha.
@@Jonglohn very true but it's a great way to make sure you and your partner can get alot of reps in and it's also a great way to make sure your practicing your defense as much as your offense. I'm sure leading up to a fight they would spar differently
its very durch style sparring. hard and with turns. it hardens people up and you can train your combos and flow and distance on a real human
Let's see some teeps!!!
What are the height and weight of the fighters featured here?
4:53 nutcracker Christmas ⛄
Ouchhhh deze nuts
4:52 NUT SHOT OOOF
2:51 that kinda looked like the one combo from Jin tekken 7
Madars doesn’t get enough love in the comments🥊
Straight beast ain’t he
I can feel the brain damage already
you a mcdojoista?
@@SandaBoxing 16/12 ounce gloves (giant pillows) x full force (mass x accleration) applied to a floating piece of cognition that is your brain = CBT (cognative brain trauma); even with guards, the gloves will go through impact wise. Maybe you should read statistics in boxing and martial arts in general (or American football), it doesn't get better for the people who get older and get accelerated alzeimers or dementia. Unless your training for an actual match, you shouldn't be sparring hard (even then, that should be once in a while to keep the thai boxers sharp but it shouldnt be the norm. The Dutch method has it's flaws).
@@BorninPurple If this scares you, then don't watch it or don't spar hard. How do you know that they're sparring like this as "the norm"? And did you just discovered that head trauma is bad for you? Haha, so you want the NFL to switch to touch football now too?
@@SandaBoxing I don't believe anything about fear was mentioned, just that I can feel the brain damage. Hey man, they're your fighters not mine. Better take care of them.
@@BorninPurple You fear, don't pretend.
is this concidered hard sparring in terms of injury and such?
Where is this gym located ?
Helms?
4.54 that hurts
can we have a moment of silence for guys balls @4:55 😮
During sparring, do you guys really want to catch your opponent with a powerful headkick or you dont set it up so they usually block it?
Both. Non telegraphed I just send with care and stop before I hit. Set up I use a little more strength when I know that they are going to block it
Do these guys live longer than 40 years?
If you spar with somebody, where is your point of view on your Partner? Head area or chest ?
Some one get that guy some new shin guards
Just once I’d like to see them tech-spar instead of their regular intensity
Uhh...first time viewer, awesome content...but...is that dude sparring wearing a christmas sweater?
That nut shot hahahaha
Ouch 😮
Where is this gym location ?
4th Dimension, Nottingham UK
@@SiamBoxing I watch your channel every time. 2 hours to go, long distance, anyway one day I will visit your Gym
Lol that guy got kicked in the nuts
4:56 Are you okay? haha
Guy in blue shorts only knows one intensity..
Why are they wearing bubble wrap?🙃
SPAMS SQUARE SQUARE SQUARE CIRCLE 1:37 LOL What
Is it on purpose that no one is interuppting the combinations of his partner ?🤔🤔🤔 Very strong and technically good guys but i am not seeing any fight iq. Is it on purpose to drill combinations and harden the body?🧐🧐
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Kkkkk🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I never see anyone with headgear on. Is it feasible to wear the face saver headgear when kicks are involved? I mean the ones with the bar over the nose and across the face leaving a wide hole for your eyes to see through.
Due to it increasing concussion rate due to swelling of the head increasing pressure in them it also partially blocks peripheral vision making less strikes be visible sooner
@@umpaonsticks7039 but protects nose and keeps face from bruising.
If you're ok with your peripheral vision being shit and taking just as much if not more head trauma, sure.
Who’s bothered about a little bit of bruising when you’re a fighter? Other than mild bruising and stopping cuts, they don’t do anything, the trauma to the head is the same if not worsened from wearing them
@@willyharris4199 Boxers wear all the time.
Great sparring. But STOP SPEEDING YOUR VIDEOS UP!! We all see through it.
Yall really should stop calling this hard sparring. This is a fight. 100% power to the head, these guys swinging for the fences. Bad technique AND dangerous.
Pretty sure it’s sparring
@@SiamBoxing i mean yall do you, im gonna watch a free fight
Noob, most of the shots to the head are pulled. If you can't see it, then you're def. a noob. And "hard sparring" has different meanings, depending on the gym; can mean up to 100% power.
@@SandaBoxing you do you, if people throwing shots like that to my head, you asking for a fight. No respect.
@@kzyz3154 then why are you crying about their video of them sparring in their gym for?
Quite boring, same combos again and again, not technical resources or inteligent playing
Homeboy, you fight amateur; this guy is a pro. He's using similar combos to what Ernesto Hoost often spams to win his world titles. Simple, boring combos is what win fights.
@@SandaBoxing I have been training for 20 years. Cuba, Guinea, Thailand, Ireland and UK. I am not a professional fighter but in sparring you must try to be smarter and take more risk. Ring is more difficult that is the reason sparring you must put everything you have learnt.
@@edjangadivendu Training a long time & in many places may or may not mean anything for a fighter. How do you know what they're training for? Video is clearly edited so how do you know they're not hiding specific techniques from OPP's? And he's a Pro fighter, so he's already set in how he fights; what is he supposed to learn? Simple combos are what wins fights.
@@SandaBoxing experience is not just fights or be professional. Cus Damato was not a professional fighter and he was one of the best ever. You don’t need to be a professional fighter to see what is wrong in a training. You must be no repetitive and this guys are repetitive.
@@edjangadivendu the difference between you and Cus D'Amato is that he's proven himself by training top world Champions like Tyson, Holyfield, etc. from zero, in their early teens. While you have what, 1 amateur fighter? And once again, high level fighters in K-1, Lumpinee, etc... most to all uses, simple combos.
Belos sparring boas técnicas.
Obrigado 🤙
love the dip shit with the santa hat sparring in the back ground.
That shit made me chuckle a bit 😂
👍🙏
Do you guys worry about if you get mild concussions? I'm sure it happens from time to time.
Man's wearing shoes 👟👟😂
They need headgear like boxers so they can go all out in sparring more they should definitely invest in it good video
