  • I love this. It’s what I did too. For me though I had mental anxiety, not physical. So my routines that I held on to like my life depended on it (it did) were working out, going to the library to study, doing simple activities to “relax” in the evenings. When I started doing this I had been incapacitated for two years. To save my life I started doing these routines, and never looked back. It was pure terror, for months, getting better by the six months, one year, two years.. after three years I was already thriving. The routines also shifted supporting my personal development as I more and more found out who I am.

  • You’re amazing! Thank you so much for sharing. I’ve been watching your videos for weeks along with seeing a therapist using techniques taught by Dr.David Burns (very much aligned with the methods you suggest) and I’m finally starting to feel some freedom from this rut.

  • My problem is physical pain. I wish I had something that I could use exposure to fix. I also want to enjoy life. I'm praying and pushing forward... nothing else to do unless I take drugs.

    • This scared the crap out of me too. Those are harmless sensations. You are too focused in on your body. Constantly checking and questioning. Give your mind a break stop all this checking and worrying. Your body and mind will Recover naturally my friend.

  • I fear these eye floaters. Of course the more I fear them the more I look for them and they appear. I am inward. I am going out etc and I say well done. I even went on holiday with my daughter and went on the big wheel even thought I am afraid of heights. I kept saying to myself well done. But when I had to come home where it all started after a while all over again. I am a lot older than you and have been afraid of things all my life due to mental abuse. Not at home my parents were good to me but I never told them about the school abuse and buried it. Now it seems to have come up again. I have to be on my own 3 days a week due to my husband going to the renal unit in hospital. I am getting counselling but it takes time. I get a lot of depersonalisation which I know about but it comes back to these floaters. Any advice please. You are such an encouragement.

  • I can go anywhere and do anything or sit at home, in both cases the high anxiety is always there. What to do about that?
