Description: The most powerful health anxiety affirmations on KZhead for releasing your symptoms of anxiety. Listening daily will begin the desensitization process towards shifting your perspectives when symptoms of anxiety arise. During this process the emotional charge will subside. When this happens the person going through health anxiety will be able to turn their focus onto the neutral and pleasant sides of what's in the environment, rather than associating things to danger.
These anxiety affirmations for your symptoms of anxiety are NOT a substitute for professional help for anxiety disorders. Please make sure to work closely with your doctor and or therapist for your anxiety disorder.
The health anxiety affirmations in this video are accompanied by powerful Theta brainwave frequencies to bring about a calming feeling in the listener. This will create access to the subconscious mind to easily and effortlessly absorb each and every affirmation for anxiety, and help to shift your perspective when symptoms of anxiety arise again.

  • To all of you sufferers of health anxiety you are not alone❤️. Mine began when I was 15 as a sick phobia and then developed into general health anxiety. I am now 26 and have started having minor allergic reactions, and the anxiety about it all is crippling. The constant googling of symptoms, the asking everyone for reassurance, the irrational beliefs that seem impossible to get rid of, the constant checking of my body and the daily panic attacks. I feel for anyone that experiences this awful anxiety, just remember YOU ARE OK. The mind does crazy things and your symptoms ARE anxiety. After every panic attack you overcome you are stronger than you have ever been. We can get through this! Love to you all❤️

  • Can I just say from the bottom of my heart thank you! About 5 years ago I found a couple of enlarged lymph nodes in my neck which worried me to death, I saw countless doctors, had many tests and all came back with me being fine and they just enlarged after a bad flu and never went down. However despite being told I am fine every day for the past 5 years I have suffered with thinking I have cancer etc, I constantly check my body for lumps to the point I make myself sore by pressing all the time, every time I get a headache I think it's a tumour, every time I get a sore throat I think I have throat cancer etc etc! Anyhow listening to this video just once and reading the comments has made me realise how silly I'm being and how I'm not alone in this situation! Health anexity is cripling but we will overcome it! I shall keep listening daily!

  • I’ve been suffering from health anxiety since the pandemic started, I had never experienced anxiety like this with such intensity and last night I had one of the world attacks since my symptoms began. I convinced myself that I had a brain eating bacteria as I left bit of residue tap water in my saline nasal rinse. I actually used properly filtered water but I had just cleaned it in the sink and didn’t allow it to fully dry before putting in the mix. I then made the mistake of googling how safe these rinses are and discovered this extremely rare bacteria that has only affected around 300 people WORLDWIDE since 1962, and yet somehow I was fully convinced I had this disease. I ran upstairs to tell my mom what I had done and about my worries and she practically laughed me out of her room, I was ready to go to the emergency room over nothing and I realized how silly it truly sounded. Health anxiety truly tricks our minds into believing things that are not there and it’s terrifying.

  • Hello everyone. It's so strange to know there are others like me out there. I thought I was the only one. My anxiety started when I began high school and my friends would tell me about how some things are dangerous that I previously thought never was. For example under your nails, touching a door handle, diseases from others. That for some reason affected me very hard and I don't know why! I don't know why I couldn't just not care like them. I feel as though I don't have control over myself and my own thoughts. I feel as though my own mind and body is my enemy because they don't listen to me when I try to correct them. Because of this it's difficult. I've been suffering with this hypochondria since 13 and I am not 30. I am still trying and hoping one day I can fix this. This is my story. I always fill myself with what if scenarios and set myself in a loop with no end even if I get reassurance I talk and convince myself out of it, Yes, that's how stupid I am. My stupidity in my dumb brain overpowers logic and safety. Anyway enough from me. Best of luck to all of you and much love.

    • Anxiety is a heavy burden to bare, I’ve been struggling with it since I was a kid and it’s only gotten worse the older I get, I’m 29 now and the last three years it’s gotten so bad I have had bouts of agoraphobia where even leaving my apartment to walk my dog was extremely hard for me, I can’t go to stores by myself and even driving down the street alone is a struggle. But I wanted to tell you you’re not stupid at all, I know it’s easy to hurl insults at ones self becuz it is so frustrating that our brains don’t work the way others do. Healing is not a straight line, some days I feel like I will never find a way out of this other days I feel hopeful. Anxiety has also caused me to have horrible depression where I don’t want to get out of bed for days. I guess I’m just expressing this becuz you’re not alone even tho it feels that way. Sending us all strength, we can conquer this beast, and we will be stronger than most for doing so. 💓💓💓

  • I noticed that a lot of people in the comments suffer from health anxiety, can't say I've ever experienced such but I'm glad so many of you found this videi helpful. I find myself keep coming back to listen to this whenever I feel any stress /anxiety over my past mistakes. Sometimes I fear it's going to haunt me in the future but I know that's really an irrational fear to have, especially since it's been a year and nothing has happened. I struggle being happy and fully appreciating the moments in the present at times because I keep thinking my past mistakes are going to show up and snatch it all away 1 day and then my life will be ruined forever. If anyone has ever felt the same thing then my heart goes out to you because it's not easy to let go and forgive the people that have hurt or threatened you, especially when you feel like things are completely out of your control after making the mistakes you've made. I want you to know that God is the Most Forgiving, Most Compassionate and Most Merciful. I trust that He will protect all of us that have sought His forgiveness. If you guys have any words of wisdom /experience /encouragement please let me know.

  • Thank you so much for this. After today, I really needed this meditation. I've been battling anxiety since i was a child, suffering from panic attacks when i was as young as 5 years old. As I got older it got worse, especially in high school. When i was in college they seem to have diminished, but then fast forward to this year I started developing weird symptoms like the feeling i was going to choke on my food. These past two weeks have been the hardest because now it has become difficult for me to eat at all, and swallowing my own saliva at times can be a struggle. I am convinced this is all anxiety related because i've been to the doctor and my throat is fine. It seems to be spasms, and tension in my neck and throat. I found meditation helps. I'm trying to live my life the best way I can, and try to go on doing things i normally do, but some days are so difficult and i feel hopeless. It's youtube channels like this one that really help people like me deal with something so horrible. I wouldn't wish anxiety on my worst enemy. Once again thank you for making the videos you do. I am so grateful.

    • @@vittoriab5565 hey there! I've been feeling pretty great for the last month actually. I went to see some doctors and got some prescribed medications, and also did a little yoga and meditation. I hope you feel better soon!

  • I can’t even describe how much this helped me today. Started tearing up and that’s how I know I really felt it. Anxiety has been kicking my ass lately to the point where I avoid things that I love doing in fear that I’ll lose control. Its crazy how in 14 minutes I was able to restore my sense of self and calm down. Thank you so much for saying I love you at the end too that meant a lot

  • Thank you so much!! I love these affirmations. My only question is that the focus seems to be on “symptoms of anxiety” I think for most of us health anxiety sufferers we were about everything from a rash to a tiny bump to achy legs And those things are not symptoms of anxiety but generally benign despite causing terror of serious illness anyway. I think that is a bit of a missing piece for me in this video because it doesn’t really address all of the little day-to-day physical symptoms that are not caused by anxiety but do not warrant panic and rushing to the doctor…❤️
