As someone that wanted Charles to win, I never had a second thought that Islam could come in and snatch it from him and he did it impressively. Just overall dominant and confident in his game, it shows and never fails to impress. He might hold this belt for a while.

While watching this, and admiring this champion and his humility, I couldn't go past the interviewer's skills. She put context on every answer Islam gave, tried to go over various topics in a short amount of time, seemed enthusiastic, tried not to speak too quickly for Islam, etc. That's part of a good show.

This is bittersweet, I like Charles and Islam both and wanted the best man to win, although I felt Islam was going to win.
