The all-new Rolls-Royce Ghost is here!
It may be the ‘entry-level’ Rolls, but we can assure you it’s anything but cheap - starting from £250,000! And trust us, that can VERY easily sky-rocket once you've added a few options - the car we have here costs £370,000! So the question is, what does that huge price tag get you? Well sat under the bonnet you’ll find a 6.75-litre W12 that’ll put down 571hp & 850Nm, so it's certainly not going to underperform once you're out on the road.

  • Driven one before, owned by my boss. The power reserve meter is actually brilliant. You never feel to push the rev high, because you dont wanna to. Having the power reserve meter at 90-100% felt, like you have powers lol. Seriously hoping one day we all could afford to own it. What a whaftcraft

  • Soundproofing in tyres is now commonplace. I had Contisilent tyres on my XC90. All the major tyre brands have them in a variety of sizes. Its basically a thick piece of foam glued onto the tread area, obviously inside the tyres.

  • Hey there! I love your reviews, thank you so much for all your videos and time! Regarding your question about the new Ghost-Design: I think it's brilliant. I would always prefer a Bentley Moulsanne or FS because the old RR Design was (in my opinion) old-fashioned - like "There is an old man sitting inside-design" but the new Ghost and also the Cullinan just nail an authentic RR design language combined with a modern and sportive appearance, no?

    • As a not as broke but still broke ass, growing up getting chauffeured in a rolls royce every other day to primary school, I cannot afford one of these vehicles yet, but there is nothing classier than a Rolls Royce. When your chaufer is smoking a Cuban cigar and you're in the back and it smells just of leather. (At a young age, it was the little things that impressed me).

  • Thanks for bringing me back to my teenage years when I used to drive my dad's Lincoln Town car; Because It was also a land yacht like this Rolls yes it was oh so comfortable till it became a source of anxiety attack when going into tight places or parking it especially at the mall 😅. I do agree with you, if you can affort this beauty then you might as well get the Phantom which is the true masterpiece. My friend in Florida call this model the winter Rolls Royce.

  • I prefer the newer look on the 2021 Ghost, much more aggressive. Honestly for me, this gives the new Bentley Flying Spur some competition. The Flying Spur is my favorite sedan ever.

    • @@veemacks7255 Well that depends on the company you're talking about. For example, we do an average of about 15-20 productions a months but I have 5 editors . With simple productions like these its' delivery time is 1-3 workdays for post-production MAX. Corporate shoots, docu's and concert regs take about 1-2 weeks. At least, thats how it goes over here. Some players in my area are quicker but they're quantity over quality in my opinion.

  • The first time I saw a "new" Phantom in London, I was immediately struck by how "Germanic" it looked. Somehow it was a German idea of how a British luxury car should look, but it just was not "British " anymore. At least to me, Bentley also now German owned of course, has somehow avoided too much interference with their vehicles and allowed the marque to retain it's quintessential "Englishness" while at the same time keeping a more relevant identity to modern U.K. life... The Ghost is a fine car admittedly but personally I would find it hard to justify, even to myself, the rather thirsty fuel consumption. How about a Hybrid version, BMW...??

  • I really didn't think I had missed my way in life... until!!! I was back in the UK decades later and I said to my dad, "lets visit where grandma's house was!" so we visited! Back home in Canada, I was watching a biography of Hillary Devy, one night and she visited the location of a former childhood home on "Raby St, in Astley Bridge!" as her chauffeur driven Rolls Royce drove up and parked as close as was possible to her former home. Realizing she climbed out of her Rolls Royce and was standing in the very same (only vantage spot) and reminisced, I realized... we played together as children, she grew up into a millionaire with a Rolls Royce... and I emigrated and now own a Ford Escape! one of life's small ironies!. Let's face it Rolls Royce is iconic no matter where in the world you live.
