I wear glasses and have tried a few wireless headsets and the void by far the most cumfortable headsets for glass users That lose grip is amazing when wearing glasses

Is there a way to use the volume wheel to control the psp4 volume? I can control the volume with the wheel on the headset while using the pc , but it doesnt work on the psp4 being that the box says they are for PC and PSP4

I just ordered the Wired USB Void Elite cause it's £61 right now. Is it worth it for that price? I don't want the wireless one cause I don't want to run out of battery during gaming. I personally use this headset for audio and run a microphone separately. I do have a nice usb hub set up thats custom built into my desk so I will say I have that perk for not taking up an extra usb space. Headset comes off easy if you are doing things your aren't supposed to like for example cleaning your room while listening to music. But it stays put during game and the audio is extremely nice. I have had high end headphones (200-300 dollar range) that sound just as good. The mic on the headphones itself is a little weak but you can tweak it to make it sound better

Regarding the mic quality... i had the experience with every wireless headset that the mic was not as good as the wired versions. i guess the wireless ones don't have enough bandwidth to use the full quality of the mic and have to scale it down for that?
Corsair’s wireless headset mic quality is some of the best I’ve heard. No other brand comes close to what Corsair has done.

I bought 2 of these headsets in my lifetime and both broke at the same spot, where the metal bracket meets the plastic headband. They're so inflexible. The plastic is so sturdy it feels like it would crack from being dropped.
do we have any sound difference between choosing the connection "usb-rgb" and the connection "surround"? I obviously would rather the surround sound over the rgb but since on ebay the rgb option still has "surround sound" in the title I'd go for the rgb one if it has both..

I'm trying to use the Mic to create voice overs for clips, but there's some crackling/static.
That shouldnt be happening I would suggest looking @ the corsair forums or even contacting support if the problem persists

The usb wire is only for charging, you can't use it for audio transfer.

I buyed this headphone one week ago and i encountered a problem. When i opened the headphone (without connecting pc or smt) i was hearing sizzle sound like ‘’sssssssss’’. I downloaded the ICUE program but it didnt work. I upgraded the firmware but it didnt work too. I dont know its chronic or something about mine i felt so angry and i got refund :(

how does it compare to the virtuoso ? is virtuoso worth the extra money ?
i have bought both to test and in my opinion both have ups and downs. The void elite is extremely comfortable and has good quality sound but there is some loud static noise when using them. The virtuoso is far more ahead when it comes to sound and optical design, but when I use it for longer than 30 min it starts to become very uncomfortable.
The Headphones that you are reviewing in this video is best for VR gaming. This is because the headband of these headphones are very wide and that is good. The headphones have to fit over the headband of your VR headset so an extra wide headband of the headphones makes it perfect for VR gaming.

Mine died basically exactly at 12 months so disappointed. Sound great . Mic very quiet even at fully boosted .

3.5mm only outputs raw sound, usb ones can have 7.1 or 5.1 surround sound adapters on them

Voids are more comfy, the HS70s don't have very deep ear cups, so your ears will likely be pressing against its plastic driver covers (not very fun) other than that they are basically the same with the hs70s sounding very slighty better.

I have no idea why they made the mic omnidirectional. Why would you want more sound from the keyboard and mouse to be picked up? I'm also not keen on how loose-fitting it is. That mic quality is absolute garbage for the price point compared to your cam mic....what cam do you have that has such good quality? Apparently there is a corsair app that you can install to fine tune the sound/mic settings so maybe that could help. But I like the wireless of this which is the main reason I'm buying it. Wires tangle and it's annoying and adds unnecessary wear and tear. Getting my order 20 April so will post my own review to see how it matches with yours (not a plug, seriously...not a plug lol).
So I received my corsair wireless and it was actually really snug on my head, looked and felt great. But the sound...it sounded exactly what you hope a wireless device mustn't sound like...bad sound quality. Sigh had to return it after trying different drivers and no joy.

Elite seems to have better mic quality and I think the sound quality is slightly better also
i just got one of these and it is awsome and plus it goes with my white black red setup theme this is by far the most expensive headset i have ever owned but i can't moan about it and i would pay this much money for a headset like this again pre to this i was using a hornet headset

Wish they had changed the light to turn on when the mic is live like is common in recording studios, completely pointless waste of battery life.
Anyone having issues with discord with these? I've tried everything. Selected dvd quality etc. Works fine via geforce experience and on windows just not via discord. It's muffled and makes a constant russeling sound only when used in discord.
Disable the application exclusivity and reset your discord audio settings. Worked for me

Stop testing headphones with dumb Counter Strike. I'll explain easily: it's audio algorithm is - as devs said - "intended to not give any advantage on users with 7.1 headphones" so you will hear the same on a 2.0 set than in a 7.1 (with the only difference of little joke surround). Test it on CoD: MW or wharever other game you like, CS its one of the few games that does not give proper support for that with the excuse explained above. Now for the corsair, i'm with the void pro wireless set since 3 years ago and are awesome wearing glasses, i can keep with it all day, thinking on getting new void elite wireless for the full range and improvements (also supposed to be more confortable as the microfiber parts seem fluffier

void elite is inferior to void pro. the sound is not clear it sounds like there is something in the way. the ear hufs are smaller which i don't understand why. The sound is the crucial thing in a headset and when they make the sound inferior to the inferior headset.

I've bought two different pairs or corsair void elite pros. Both I ended up having to throw out, the charge port just randomly stop working it i don't have the wire hanging in a specific way. Loved them in every other way. But using them while they charged was impossible.
Thats why I use a magnetic charging cable with that little plug always inside the port. No dust gets to accumulate and no pressure is exerted on the port if you angle it badly. But type c should be the way to go

it should work when you move it up and down. make sure the headsets are paired, and try opening up the software which works with it to adjust settings.
