Very well explained. Plz upload videos making it series by series, like if you are going to start with a new student who is a beginner. It will help a lot to many. Like what to do before one start boxing. Then what are the exercies to perform. Then how to train for punches (full episode on every single punch and the exercises related to it to make it impactuful. And thus so on....I hope if I was able to explain you what we all need

Great question, Desi. Your back foot generally works more than your front foot so it isn't uncommon for it to feel more sore. Just make sure it's general muscle soreness and not an injury 🥊

Hi Selcitset, one of the most effective ways to strengthen your left hand is to repetitively do the various punches with that hand. The more you practice the stronger it will get and the more it will come natural 🥊

Wrong, you don’t extend your arm all the way out. This is aerobics
???? Have you ever boxed before? Yes, not in all punches do you extend your arm fully but in some you do. Your range can vary depending on how close your opponent is but if you're starting out where people are afraid to get hit and get in range, a full-length jab or cross is the way to go. also good luck hitting a cross without extending your arm out fullly in a lot of situations.
