    • Tony, I have a bit of a unique situation. I have mild cerebral palsy, meaning my balance is problematic and my ability to perform reasonable footwork is very limited to non-existant. I'm mostly concerned with self-defense, but do you have any suggestions for how to make up for that significant disadvantage, or how I might go about compensating and building the best footwork I possibly can?

  • Man i have been slacking on watching some Tony Jeffries videos. Going through a rough time in life but then again who isnt these days. Boxing is my only Therapy. Its my only escape from the world. Where i can just focus on me, myself and i. No responsibilities other than improving my body. To me, boxing is my Paradise. The only thing i regret in life is not starting when i was younger. Its still hard to watch boxing without my Father. If i had one more day with him id take him to a boxing match. Something we always wanted to do but never got the chance. I love Boxing. Now to become a Tony Jeffries 2.0.
