So generally the cpu is completely unnecessary in all of this. It’s a 4,000 dollar waste of money if your using it for gaming, only the people fully rendering content would really benefit from this processor currently. The gpu is much more important for gaming then the processor. You can see this from the 1-100 ratio of usage between the processor and the graphics card.
Yes but it depends on the graphics settings and the res when you play on low you need strong CPU when you play on highest quality you must have good GPU simple as that :)

Damn overkill but this cpu is not actually a gaming processor its actually used for rendering and other dimensional stuff related to art and other stuff but yup its overkill
