It is so satisfying to watch the rust go off when he is machining the parts on the lathe.
You should check Abom79 channel
Hard on the tooling ,but yes it is .
Chris89Dak not if you cut under it
It would be more satisfying if he centered the chuck first, not sure if it was 4 jaw or not.
@@krauselee877 you can't cut under the rust, a portion of the tool is still contacting the rust
Your skills are only matched by your imagination. I could have watched that for another hour.

Being disabled and unable to walk any distances without incredible discomfort and risking further injury to my spine makes me wish that I had both the skills and the tools to create something like this. It would make my life so much easier and enjoyable as I would be able to get out and about in the countryside with my family. Awesome work and an amazing build so far, I truly can’t wait to see the next part of the build. 🤘🏻
Молодцы ребята. Никогда не разочаровываете 👍
Учитывая такое количество оборудования конечно молодцы

I can imagine anyone giving thumbs down on this other than professional malcontents. No matter what you like or do, someone who can't give recognition to creative professional precision engineering like this is just too busy looking in the mirror admiring how great they are to see anything else.
That is an interesting suspension, and I'm a retired tank crewman! Walter Christie is smiling at you from the great beyond!
Great job! I have been enjoying your videos for the last couple years! I am a T-3 araplegic and something like this would be a game changer in my life! I love to hunt and fish but trying to push my wheelchair through mud and sand is almost an impossible task and causes so much fatigue by the time I am able to get to where I will hunt my body is so worn out that I can't enjoy the hunt. Keep up the awesome work!!!

A true work of art with his craftsmanship!! That's unreal and I can't wait for the finished product!!
ដ
This is something I will never do and never need to do but I simply couldn't click away from it. I absolutely love watching machine work and welding.
I'm astonished by the level of technicality in this vid !! Really a great job
The level of effort and all that skill is just amazing. Respect 🦋
Can't wait to see the next step in this project! That's awesome
Why am I being recommended all these rubber track/make tracked vehicle videos? Not that I am complaining🤣👍
I have seen the chair from start to finish and all I can say is, You have MAD Skills!
You guys are tugging at my heart strings !!! I absolutely love track vehicles... I am trying to build my own Track Robot (Remote Controlled) to mount a snow plow on.... Love what you guys do and how you do it !!!
That sounds great! But how will you maintain traction on icier surfaces? And a relative question, how much will this little monster weigh?! I work for a commercial property maintenance company. In the rare situation that we have enough snow to require management in the Seattle WA area, I operate a skid-steer machine. It doesn’t have a plow but we use a large bucket to scoop and dump snow into an out of the way place. Typically, I have to rely upon the sheer weight of the machine to keep it moving when it hit it’s limits for a load. We just use the same “tractor” type tires, without tracks, studs, or chains. It does the job and it’s a blast operating it in the snow. (as long as I stay dry!) Good luck with your project and record your procedures for sharing and/or ideas for improvement.
This thing is so incredibly sick!! Excited for the next part!
simply amazing! one of the best projects you guys have ever done. I'm looking forward to seeing the end. very good.
Really nice to see someone who knows how to do superduper precision work. Poetry in motion for sure.
Thanks for the inspiration, I'm paraplegic and have been thinking about building something like this but on a bigger scale if I get the chance to have little workshop and the tools needed. Taking tracks and engine from a snowmobile, then you get a variator and revers gear. Would be like a mini ripsaw or a crosskart on tracks.
My brother in law had a wheelchair that had tracks on it. It looked like a blast to ride. I will see if I can find one of the pictures i have of it . Im no longer on speaking terms with him since they got divorced. Him and my sister were on his Harley and they hit a truck head on back in 2016. Definately changed both of their lives.
This dude is a mad genius

Engineering and craftsmanship at its finest.
Excellent engineering and editing!
I love your stuff. I've learned using the mill and lathe just last year. When I have my own house, I'll be able to get a lathe and a mill. My parents aer weird. They'd let me use a mill, but no angle grinder. They'd let me use a lathe, but I still am not allowed to wire up a lamp on my own.
Those are some really nice looking parts. Very clever and some top notch problem solving. It will be interesting to see what the performance of your transmission and just how extreme will it be? Here we sit waiting for an acceleration and top speed test. Next EXTREAM episode: Adding the roll cage and a hydraulic front end loader assembly on the Baby Bobcat chair. 😉
I can not understand: 92 dislike! Why? The entire video is a free demonstration of skill and creativity. Thanks for sharing.
Ну наконец-то!!! А то я уже устал ждать.))) AAA, a new video !!! And then I'm tired of waiting.)))
Cool that you translated your comment. Interesting.
Ahh, now the differential braking tank transmission that we saw makes sense... Looking forward to the rest of this one. Nice work!!!

Growing up there was the group that played with Legos, TinkerToys, Erector, LincolnLogs, etc.... They moved to messing with their bikes, BMX, 10-speeds, Mountain bikes, etc...... Then came go-karts, mini-bikes, mopeds..... Cars, Trucks, tractors, skid steers...... Now, we have the grown up versions of those kids, making all the crazy shit we dreamed up but these dudes are making these things for real!!! It's just amazing what they do, but not overly impossible which is the greatest part. Sure these projects are extremely complex but I bet majority of the viewers are sitting here saying "I can do that" but why? When these guys are doing it and entertaining all of us. Keep up the Awesome videos/projects we will all be watching!!!
Isn't he inspiring you to make things like that??
I have seen a lot of things made in my life time, but what you did to make the tracks is near some of the best !

the crunch sound in the tire press is really satisfying
I would like to buy the plans when this project is finished to build a mobility track wheelchair. Great job so far.
I was thinking at the start of the video that it would be friction drive with a way to keep the track tight. Not sure how this will work out , We shall see in the next video...

Someday there will be a "Make it Extreme" museum with all these bad-ass tools and toys for all garage enginerds to marvel!
I don't know why but I like to watch the threading operation the most in your videos. Nice work 👍
Me at the end of the video : "NOOOOOOOOO !!! I WANT THE REST !!!"
Hi Does this machine can drive ? (It looks like it can't move with this leg's attached)
Haha future go brrrrr

Why are they / him banned?
Wondering the same thing
It makes me irrationally angry how skilled you are and how many cool toys you have 😄 Keep it up, always enjoy your stuff 👍

I wish he learned to talk. Must have been hard being raised by a wild pack of mechanists
@SaltyBrains his brain is a neuralnet processor. A building computer.
I like it as it is. He doesn´t need to talk, the work is awesome enough that it works withouth any explanation. Every talking is distraction from his work. If you want someone talking about mechanics visit "This old Tony" - but not here please.
@SaltyBrains is doing a lot for work tonight so I’m trying not to be out here for the last week and so I’ll be p
No language barrier when nobody is talking.

I was sure that this was Make it extreme around 13 minutes. That's when the thread cutting began:-) Great video, as always.
I love all your projects . You guys do great work . I've watched you for years . Thank you for sharing .
He forgot to mention he couldn’t feel his fingers the whole night after using that multi tool to cut the tyres 😂
Bro this is so crazy I don't know if you remember me but I commented on your making a one-wheel from junk video three years ago and I knew you would be a great KZheadr and you would blow up then look at you almost 1.5 million subscribers later!
Very professional. Well built. Only one thing, metal drive cogs are gonna rip you track to shreds over time.
Sei forte tanto per l'inventiva che hai io ti ammiro e se sono capace, imparo qualcosa e dicendoti grazie perché tu in qualche modo sei diventato un maestro. Ciao dal Italia!

Something tells me that this is going to need modifications.

All those super expensive super bad ass machines and tools, but regardless of my envy y'all are some B.A. M.Fs. and good job on the build, I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos.
A job well done!!! What a engenuity, bravo...
Effort needed for this video: 10% - machining 5% - design 1% - painting 84% - filming the painting
This man has it together.
Incredible fabrication skills, imagination and ideas. It really twists my panties though that he goes through all that trouble then does a half ass job with paint prep and spray cans.
You guys are so skilled. Really like to watch your videos. Doing a lot of different work myself in different materials like wood, metal, concrete, etc.
