His meditations really work. It took me around six months of consistency but I went from a miserable, fearful place every day to steady gratitude and wholeness. Much less fear. I am not perfect or happy all the time, but my baseline is different. My thoughts are better quality most of the time. I am a different person 🤍 If youre on this journey keep pushing. When you are in a state of gratitude, you transmit a signal into the field that an event has already occurred. Gratitude is more than an intellectual thought process. You have to feel as though whatever you want is in your reality at this very moment. Thus, your body must be convinced that it has the emotional quotient of the future experience, happening to you now. You are awesome!

Stopping alcohol seven months ago has brought a profound shift in my life, unveiling a new vision and a renewed sense of being. The clarity and energy I now feel from the universe when I'm in tune with myself and connected to the outer world are indescribable. Through my healing, I've parted ways with some, but the blessings in the form of new connections and energies that align with my frequency, has been incredibly enriching. It's an enlightening experience that goes beyond words, almost out of this world. I've never felt or looked better, and the journey of self-discovery continues to unfold in ways I never imagined.

I had my phone playing next to me while sleeping and this was what I woke up to , was having a dream about my mother that passed and work up with happiness in my heart then hearing this and her talking about her mother that passed and how she uses her memories and the lessons her mom taught her. Def no coincidence, this blessed my soul, thank both of you and thanks Mom love you forever and always! 💗🦋💗🦋

Part of the problem is that some of us forgot what that good feeling/memory is . Its hard to recall the heart centered feelings of like , say when your kids are born , or when you first got married , etc . The memories are there, but recreating the feelinf of that day or time frame seems almost impossible 😮😢☹️ But I'm not going to quit trying though. God bless EVERYONE involved in spreading Dr Joes amazing message 🙏 💪😇🙏

Same for me, I listened to these videos for 48 hours non stop. I learned not to allow the toxic people in my life decide my worth for me. I lost my job, might be evicted but by golly I feel fan freaking tactic because I'm loving feeling my future self and where I'm going instead of where I have been.

Be grateful. Thankful. Appreciative.. and fall in love with yourself as you would with your best friend. Then there's no one can compare to you u. Because u got so much love to give by even speaking lovingly to every Human being. Is touching lives by giving the best of yourselves. None can compare. This is what sets u apart from the rest.. once u satisfied with what u have... and where u at.... when u at Peace in life that is when you in your silence, u can get whatever u want. Saying thank you ALSO means that one is appreciative of another's actions. Regardless of ones intention. While understanding the connection/reflection of gratitude within the manifestation and contemplation realms are important, the interplay between poles, nodes, personalities and push/pull at ANY SPLIT SECOND is IMPORTANT to be known. Not to assume that there is a only the opposite pole to be thankful for. "Receive it & I thank you if it pleases me what you do with it"
