My Dad and I have worked together to rebuild the Ferrari Engine & Gearbox whilst keeping it on a budget & todays the day we find out whether all our hard work pays of because we are starting it for the first time!

A very likeable team, great storytelling while explaining things very well, cool cars, masterful editing and just a boatload of enthusiasm. This is the only channel I sit down for every time there's a new video. Keep it going guys, don't ever change the formula.

  • 17:32 - The take home lesson from this experience is that when you rebuild an engine, it's a good idea to get hold of an oil gallery priming cylinder that you fill with oil and use compressed air to force into the oil galleries. Generally that it connected where the oil pressure sender is attached. You may have to fill the cylinder a number of times to get the oil through all of the oil galleries. When you then crank the engine the first time, you should have oil pressure pretty quickly. The good decision on your part was to crank it without the plugs in so that there was no load on the big end journals.
