Psychedelic Breathwork combines conscious connected breathing and longer breath holds. We are getting out of the thinking mind, and opening up to whatever needs to come up. This is not exactly a Psychedelic Breathwork session, but this breathing session is inspired by it. In a Psychedelic Breathwork session, breathers can experience ego death, emotional release, an open heart and much more.
A longer more intense session can open the mind to a more profound and immersive state of self-discovery, serving to bring about a greater degree of insight, stimulate new and enlightening thoughts, spark a greater awareness of oneself and one’s emotional state, and allow you to gain more clarity. Longer sessions available on my Patreon channel if you would like to dive deeper within your own being.
It´s recommended to lay down, with a pillow under your knees for better back support. By laying down you´re able to relax your body more and take more profound inhales, more love to bring ;)
I am always sitting upright for video purposes. So do what feels right, but if you want to go deeper I recommend laying down.
I encourage you to, before any breath work, to get in a calm meditative state, set your intention and to make sure that you are comfortable.
Regular practice of Breathwork can bring real change to your life Including boosted immune system, lowered stress and inflammation, better focus, more energy and the list goes on. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. So if you want the full experience, wear headphones and be in a quiet comfortable place.
All music, guided voice and video editing is done by me. I thoroughly enjoy creating this content for you all and hope that is can bring improvement into your life. Whether that be more self love, kindness, less stress and anxiety, lowered inflammation, more energy etc whatever it brings, remember to say thank you to yourself for taking the time do improve your life.

Welcome all of you beautiful breathing people. I battled the cold on this one for sure. Overcoming the limitations of the mind is something we all can do. Breathwork is a beautiful way of practicing that as well. I designed this for those wanting to increase their breath hold and eventually get to a 3 minute hold. RECOMMENDATION: When you can´t hold any longer, take a small breath in, then immediately let it back out and hold that until you need to take another breath. Continue doing that until we start the next round. That air hunger is extremely beneficial is helps increase our CO2 tolerance. I actually just came into the comments to say how much the permission you give to take that mini-breath meant to me. Cool to see you underscoring it here. I've been struggling with the longer holds ever since I got into this types of sessions for a hot minute now. The frustration and disappointment I feel with myself over not quite making it has turned into this ingrained thought pattern. That obsessive thought-loop is both self-fulffing AND totally takes me out of what it's all about. Suddenly it's like I'm doing some kind of endurance training instead, you know? Anyway, I haven't seen anyone incorporate this permission piece into a video yet though, and it's a really beautiful idea that's effective for me, at least. Been a fan since a guest video of yours on Breathwork Beats recently but haven't comented yet. I hope to join you on the patreon side before too long.

In every breath retention, I felt as if I were floating! My sister came into my room twice while I was meditating and I didnt pay attention to her! If she didn’t tell me about it, then I would have never realized that! My worries, my inner pain, life disappointments, and the unsuccessful relationships that I had been through were all behind me! Like the streets’ background noise! At that moment It didn’t hurt anymore coz all what is left in me was my beating heart and my tingling skin.

Ty very much for addressing work. No one discusses this ever. CPTSD took me from a promising career to attracting abuse in all forms at every job while dealing with a misdiagnosed chronic illness (due to compromised immune system from decades of childhood trauma). I trauma bonded in relationship where i became dependent on an healthy person and backed myself into debt, more illness , injuries and unemployment at an age that often feels too old to turn it around. Social anxiety and agoraphobia kicked in. Its been a bear to dig out of this but im moving forward as best I am able. Its very challenging not to curl up in a ball and hide. Ty for this video! It is helping to have areas to focus on so I can improve and get myself out of this hell.

I appreciate these videos more than you could imagine. Life has been chaos lately. I am a self employed arborist and between owning the business and actually doing the work, I carry a lot of stress and anxiety on a day to day basis. Earlier this year I started dealing with more depression and anxiety. Recently found your videos after using Wim Hofs breathing methods for a while and I look forward to starting my day, and finishing my day, with your videos. My crew does basic breathing now everyday along with our morning stretching before jobs. I have to thank you for these videos.
