I'm an entrepreneur and my work is often stressful and exhausting, but when I start my day with Sandy's breathing exercises, all the daily challenges seem easy and I manage to find creative ways to deal with them effectively - without getting overwhelmed. Plus, they've helped me shift in my yoga and cold immersion practice. After a year of cold showers, I've finally committed to bathing outside in sub-zero temperatures and it's been amazing. I find that by raising my vibration and improving my mood, more and more interesting opportunities are popping up. Hope this was helpful 🙏

Yo, hey listen, no joke this was the first time I’ve ever had a full blown religious experience with meditation. This connected me to that primal stuff inside. I sobbed. I haven’t had an experience like this is a long time. I’ll be adding this to my daily routine, like a crown ontop of (right after) my intense exercise.

Those ancient Indian saint definitely knew what they were talking about. In the beginning ,i thought yoga was an exaggeration. Nvr thought these simple exercises could open my mind. Its like i ve been able to open the tiny 1st door of many doors but i definitely feel better than ever.

No drug can get u the state of ecstacy our mind and spirit can achieve through yoga and meditation. U always had it in u. U knew drugs is not the answer to get the eternal state of ecstacy. So u left it. This is also a kind of enlightment ,brother. You are blessed.
FYI this is no joke of a breathing session! Third round of breath retention and I fell off my bed without even realizing I was moving and landed right on my knee still in lotus position 😂😂😂 😅

I’ve had a really hard time trying to discover what works best for me and feeling like nothings really been working (at least for me) I found this video and thought I’d give it a try cause why not? I did this and haven’t felt anxiety for about 15-20 minutes!! I cried feeling at peace for that long. Today I did this again and that sense of peace lasted about 2 HOURS!! This will definitely be in my everyday life from now on and I thank you so much!! 🎉🎉🎉❤️❤️🕊️

I've been doing breathwork foe years. But from the time I discovered this, it's my every morning ritual!!! It's just a perfect mix for me, for my spine excercise, my heart opening, and kundalini energy opening. Just perfect!! I'm fully grateful for this!!!❤
I practiced this before going into a meeting, and I felt so focused and present. It was strange at first, because I've never tried spine breathing, but once I got into the rhythm everything just flowed into place. Thanks again for a wonderful experience~

Sometimes, on the last exhale after the breathing cycle, right before we go into the one minute breath hold, I get an immediate strong pulsating headache, and I'm forced to take an inhale because it's unbearable. Any thoughts? Maybe there is an explanation to that. Like I said, it doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it is very unpleasant. Thank you !

This is a angampora prana yama Technique from our country Sri Lanka. Our old angampora masters did this for quiet mind and wormed up body before a fight . Similar to wim hof technique
