I typed them on an 8k keyboard they went so fast they just disappeared
Next up, 8k mousepads 🤔
How i don't understand
(i know it was a joke)
@@c_BOOM maybe not
@@TheTechne zowie just release 8k polling rate mouse bungee
u are on to something. make the sensor receiver be the pad. ray emitter can stay on the mouse. (jk pixart prolly thought if it long ago)
i have an 8khz keyboard and used it at 1khz the first days after i got it because i was worried that 8khz would affect fps. I did some testing and 8khz did not affect my fps at all so i started using 8khz. Right when i switched to 8khz my rocket jumps in Diabotical were off and i needed some time to ajust. The same happened when i switched from 8khz back to 1khz again. So I can definitely tell that there's a difference. For keyboards its a very small difference though and besides rocket jumping its probably impossible notice it. I haven't tried 8khz on mice but from what i've heard the difference is bigger there because in addition to the 0.875ms faster buttons you also get more consistent crosshair movement
Hello Techne. I saw your reviews about Deathadder v3 pro and mine was creaking a bit aswel on the side. I fixed it with a bit Aluminium tape where it conects with shell. No more annoying flexing. Anyways its a bit of a shame for the price we paid and having to deal with these things. Keep up doing great reviews as always!
I love the coating on the superlight so much. I sweat easily, and when I start sweating, it gets so grippy. I've heard some people it gets more grippy when they sweat, and then some say it feels more slippery. I also have the dav3 Pro, and it's the complete opposite. I had to buy grips because it's so slick when my hands get a little wet. I go back and forth between them. I would main the deathadder if it was just a tiny tiny bit smaller.
no yuo dont :DDDDD
I prefer wired mice because they are cheaper, you don't have to worry about charging, and cable never bothered me. I can afford to buy high end wireless mice but i just don't like the feel of wireless. Now on to the product i bought the dav3 wired and it's amazing, no issues on qc perfect jut like zowie and vaxee build quality, v3 opticals crispy sound, snappy, cable is also good flexible yet sturdy i even use it w/o a bungee and i never think about it. But i have small hands and i prefer smaller mice so i just give it to my friend because his hand size is bigger than mine. I hope this won't be the last razer wired mice and more wired mice from razer to come. Still praying for razer to make a deathadder v3 mini wired 8khz and viper mini wired 8khz

You can charge your mouse and keep playing
@@miyukishirogane9579 Which beats the purpose of wireless… Lol… I love wireless mouse as much as you, but hey, if you can get a much cheaper version of the mouse, and the only con it has is that it’s wired, why not get that one, right..?
Right..? Yeah I can afford to buy the V3 Pro version with the 4K dongle.. But after some review, most of them says that this wired one is better in every aspect… The only bad thing is that it’s wired.. I without hesitation, bought the V3 Wired for $61…. It’s been 2 weeks now of using the mouse, I have not a single regret…
i really dont get the complaints, just get a bungee its like theres no wire at all lol
Back in fall of 2021, the left button on my old plain grey Logitech G400 finally died and I had to get a replacement. I absolutely loved the shape of that line of mouse and it didn't seem like Logitech was really continuing it at the time. I did a good amount of research on a possible replacement, almost went with the Glorious Model D, though I wasn't a fan of the honeycomb being open, just seems like a pain to clean. I think a Viper v2 Mini might've come up as well, and I'm sure I watched some of your videos on the mice I was thinking about getting, but what I ended up settling on was the Roccat Kone Pro. It helped that it was also on sale from its usual price at the time I bought it. When I got it, I couldn't believe how light it was compared to the old G400, still felt strong, the buttons had a great click action to them and I loved the shape. I pretty much loved that mouse immediately... until a few weeks to a month or so later, when the scroll wheel started acting up. If you look up any information on scroll wheel issues on Roccat mice, you'll find pretty much the same story, they stop recognizing the scroll action correctly, either intermittently not responding or outright detecting that you're scrolling the opposite direction. It's completely maddening to use once that starts happening. And Roccat has had this problem with their mice for what seems like at least 12 years or so, how have they *never* addressed this adequately? Today I saw the Kone Pro was on sale for $35 (I think I paid $50 for mine at the time), and for a moment I considered getting another one on the chance that it would have a working scroll wheel. But more reviews of people mentioning trying to RMA the mouse like three times in an attempt to get one where the scroll wheel wouldn't die put me off that idea. I ran across the DeathAdder v3 wired and then saw it had just released recently as a wired follow up to the Pro, went through several reviews and all seem to like it a lot. The shape looks pretty similar to the Kone Pro, though the mouse buttons on the DA have a bit more of a flare out to them, which is fine. And Razer mice don't *seem* to have any regularly occurring scroll wheel issues, so I'm going to give this v3 a shot. One reviewer had even pointed out that the Razer software had apparently improved a decent amount since the last time he used it, but luckily I shouldn't need to keep it running all the time like I do with the Roccat Swarm anyway. Wish me luck!
I definitely feel the added hit detection with 8k and 4k vs 1k polling rate. I mainly feel it in games that are tracking heavy like Overwatch. It’s not a gimmick and if you want a slight advantage you should definitely try it to see if it gives you an advantage.
4khz is very nice in tacfps games aswell due to the nature of micro flicks/corrections
@@wqite I agree and the smoothness as well, just saying it’s a gimmick is preposterous.
@@changeittowumbo8399 yup
what refresh rate are you playing on cuz I play on a 165hz monitor
@@Captain_Toasty 360hz 240hz oled and 270hz ips
nice to see another upload!
Might grab this thanks to your and boardz'd techs videos on the mouse
I recommend a comparison between the Deathadder V3 from Razer and the M65 RGB Ultra wired.
Hey Techne I was thinking it would be cool if you could go oldschool and get your hands on a Razer Diamondback from 2005 era (Plasma Limited Edition) or review the Creative Labs Fatal1ty mouse? idk it might be cool for nostalgia purposes and to see how it compares to mouses in 2023
I actually like wired for one reason... don't have to worry about my battery dying mid game when shxt hits the fan. All my setup is wired. Had too many times where either my keyboard died or mouse mid game.
Same setup all of my peripherals are wired they are just good
@@paulmartinez34 Can't agree more. I went fully wireless and it was nice, but way too many times had the battery die in the heat of battle and got totally screwed LOL.
It literally takes one second to pull the micro usb from the dongle and connect it to the front of your mouse. You can game while it's plugged in. Then just disconnect it when it's fully charged and you have another 80 hrs..... 🤦♂️
@@steelsteez6118 That's 1 second I might not have in gaming. Wired is 100% all day all night, no issues.
I don’t give a shit about wireless i know you can plug them but i still like wired infinite battery life (you catch my drip?) imagine i prefer wired mice and i bought a expensive wireless mice to just use it wired my money’s got wasted
how did the coating wore out on the wired? just bought one, didn't like the plastic of v3pro, it just slips to me
Do you have option in synapse for macro on that v3mouse?
Is Razer making a viper v2 8khz wired??? basically the same as the og viper 8khz but lower weight, no built in side grips, updated specs, and the new coating. They need to include grips that can be attached if the user wants them as well.
No
8k wireless with an industry leading 15 minute battery life!
@@xintrikTV can only be the best when you're the only game in town.
Yeah i want them to make a viper v2 8khz basically a sequel to the already existing viper 8k. Remove the rubber side grips and right side buttons, make it lighter and put some dav3 wired specs there and call it a viper v2 wired 8khz
Ngl I watch your videos while eating. So good and honest!
now I'm hungry
I was wondering was the 8k pulling rate good in fps games like valorant and csgo I know the old viper 8k had problems when it came out
Those games have since been updated to support 8K, no more issues in either game. I believe only apex is capped at 2K
I can't decide between the Viper V2 pro and the Deathadder V3 wired. So which one would you recommend? I
two very different mice, but I prefer DA all day everyday
@@TheTechneThanks very much
I still use a DA Elite. One of my thumb buttons is finally loose. I will have to get this wired DAV3. Not having grips scares me a little bit though. Not to mention its almost half the weight.
Just buy btl grips off of amazon or lethal gaming gear
Say what you want but I do like the snake nest of mice cables on my desk :) I don't mind the cable at all, but I like the lower weight and price of the cable mice, it allows me to get more of them and switch occasionally.
Razer 8k trackball when?
When you don't feel that white color on a mousepad has a different speed than black by optical mouses. And you have it mixed, then is it clear why you don't feel a different from 1k to 8k. You are right with the many influences. The biggest ist your whole computer power and configuration and if the game can handle the 8k. But with the white on your mousepad, you show me that you have no feeling for things like that. Take grey or every other color, but never white in a mix. Than better pure white. But thanks for showing and all the rest of information. Greetings
Hahahah that intro!! 😂 Always love your content Techne!
if the cable arent that bad ..... this mouse will be my next main .
Razer basilisk v3 or Razer deathadder v3. Which mouse is best .please suggest me friends.I am confused 😕.
Basilisk is heavy but the death adder is way lighter I would suggest it
I’ve heard that the wire on this 8k is better than the wire on the razer viper 8k. I wonder how big of a difference it is
feels 110% the exact same!
I have one question, should i replace my Viper Mini with this mouse?, or the lamzu atlantis?
lamzu atlanits mini is most similar.. this one might be too big for you
Wait for the xm2 mini
1:35 ….. “straight up stiffy” 😅😂🤣😅😂🤣 Demonetised right there Techne 💪😇
Bought this mouse and returned it a few day after. I love the DeathAdder lineup but this one just feels odd to me. It's weight feels bizarre in comparaison of the size. And the mouse feels like a toy : a full black plasticky feels mouse with no RGB. I feel like they removed a lot compared to the V2. Yeah yeah Gen 3 switches, lighter and improved sensor but the V2 was already very good ?
Actually waiting from you a review with ASUS ROG Harpe Ace ( Aimlab Edition ) mouse.
Is the cable the same as the charging cable that comes with the Pro?
feels about the same
As a long time Deathadder user its devastating to see how much they ruined it. Loved the deathadder elite, used it until the mouse clicks just got worn out. Bought a V2 but had to return it due to how cheap it Got the v3 and I hate the shape. It doesnt fit in my hand at all anymore and I am returning it even though I got it 50 percent off. It just keeps slipping around in my hand and cant find a perfect spot like the old deathadder
You still using the DAV3? I remember you mentioned swapping to the EC2-CW.
No I’m using the Zowie, the side flex on the DA drives me nuts. I do still use one on my work station though. Also probably going to change that soon, I hate side flex
@@TheTechnedoes the side flex happen on the wired version?
@@Midclimb so far none for me, and I have been using it daily
@@TheTechne Thank you. I will most likely buy this mouse at it seems good enough shape like EC series while having optical swithes and the lightweight
i might have to get my hat of cause i am getting hot talking about polling rate!! AHAHAH Always i enjoy everytime your reviews men!
Can you change the polling rate to 1,000? Or is it stuck between 4000 & 8000
yes you can
show us your pc gaming setup!
So my question is when u use wired deathadderv3 pro can u get 8k polling rate?
Yes. It’s an improved version of the wireless version in every way (aside from being wired)
Dav3 wired or wireless? Whats better
Wired is 2 times cheaper, 4 grams lighter, 8k polling rate without dongle, less latency, better coating, no need to recharge and little more, at only the cost of the 60-70 usd and a wire.
So glad they removed that stupid rubber from previous DeathAdder's... That rubber used to turn out into jelly after some years of use..
Keep getting more of those badass tats!
just got a new one yesterday :)
The Techne PLEASE HELP ME! I'm looking for a new fast good mouse for fortnite,gta,r6,etc... and i'm between the v3 and gwolves hati htm
13:04 Was an unexpected Techne moment
LOL
5:13 wait that confuses me You said that the wireless was lighter.. but the scaled says the wireless was heavier
I think he was just saying wired versions are usually a lot lighter but these two are only a few grams apart.
Is the wire softer than viper 8k?
No
It's much better than the viper 8khz
Is it the same size as the v3 wireless?
yes to the T
Hey Techne, I've been a long time sub and content enjoyer. just wanted to say that razer should have just let the 8k tech go just because of how annoying and stiff the cable is. I owned a viper 8k and honestly I had the same opinion as you in regards to the wire, and I can confidently say that the mouse is goated but the cable is ass. xD
Nice review. I'll wait for the Razer Viper Mini wireless version.
there is something called the viper mini signature edition. its a bank whopper

They need to change the way the switches feel on the deathadder already, its not satisfying at all!
8000 pooling rate keyboard when? cuz as i know most custom keyboards are 125 hz and has lots of latency
many out, and I have covered just about them all ;)
I returned the wireless version because of the coating.... Although I don't like a cord this may be a good option.
Tug on each others tiddiesssss! LMFAO that got me.
Any news on a wireless mini Deathadder?
Any news on the wired dav3 mini 8khz?
Wish they made a white version of this mouse...
Doesn't matter what hardware you have, you still have to play the game. Still not a Razer fan. Just don't like them. I'm no competitive gamer so I am not the one to say that this mouse is overkill.....but this mouse is OVERKILL.
I'm laughing so hard. Open back audiophile wooting, and the v3 at 8000hz is the most comp setup. The only thing you missed was "new oled .0003 hz monitor" for the intro lol reviewers do lie and say THIS WILL MAKE YOU A GOD, honest reviews as always even if your a fan boy of something, and it sucks you'll say it does have I've heard you do it even when it killed you (your words)
I will wait for it to go on sale then I would definitely buy it.
Laughs in viper v2 pro
Shits mouse ahah

ye got that and gpro but need viper mini lol
@@maximmittag lmfao worst mouse
People mad cuz razer on top
AHHH! I must hide from all games because techne might be there to CRUSH me with his WIRED mouse and LUBBED headphones and AUDIOPHILE keyboard!!!
😂 😂
Complaining about a $70USD mouse is hilarious 😅😂🤣when $150-280 mouses are promoted as great such as Viper Signature Edition, Razer … you know’em all, G-Pro Superlight, Final Mouse etc …… $70 is a steal compared to them!
hey I can go to Walmart and get a mouse for about 10$ also.
im done with mouse and keyboard they are too expensive and controller is superior, less expensive and comfortable for any game
Yeah like strategy games and stuff ay? Controller is so good for inventory management and games that require heaps of clicking /s Egg
I will stick to the wireless version with the 4khz dongle … my setup does not allow me to play with a cable comfortable ngl 4khz or 8khz.. u cant really feel the difference in game. 4khz is also very high and still impressiv
Same man. I used to use wired mice back then due to latency advantage but the difference is negligible nowadays that it doesn't make sense to use wired unless you hate charging your mouse or if you're trying to save money as you probably can get more features like this dav3 wired for less money compared to wireless at a similar price.
I hate chargng so i got the wired dav3
i use a wired mouse cause all the scrubs with wireless has more delay lol
LETS GO!! Find something to stop this man. 😂😂 8k? Custom Keyboard? Open back headphones? And the 8k is wired? Latency is so low that he shoots before he clicks. He just thinks about clicking and it starts shooting. This isn’t even fair. Might as well not play video games if you don’t have all these things. You’re immediately at a disadvantage. Also need minimum 300 fps.
Me buying the new v3 pro im crying😂🥹
wait, no rgb? ok, bye!
