  • Gerçek lavaş bu, istanbulda fırın kültürü gelişmiş değil, şu güveç tepsi verilen cinsten işler yapılan fırınlardan söz ediyorum. Bazı bilindik et dönerciler bu şekilde yapıyor lavaşı, onun dışında markett satılanlar falan baya kalın lavaş diye satılıyor.
