Seeing Joal with your kids is the most amazing thing. How many other 17 year old boys do you know that are that kind and tender to someone else's toddler aged children. Most are off doing their own thing. JOAL is as hard working as John is in every way. His parents must be so proud of the man he's becoming. I've said this over and over, but I'm so amazed at how strong and how much stamina little Crusoe has for a 3 year old. He is always so eager to take on a project! Great idea putting the hose to the tiny house so you can have lush plants when you enter the house. It's going to look so beautiful! Welcome back home, happy you all made it safely back and are on to more fun projects :)

My mom visited India way back and would be aghast at the growth of the population and pollution. I'm so glad that you have returned home and have gotten out of the pollution. My eyes watered for you! The boys seemed to get right back into projects!
Please don't think that whole of India has pollution . There are many beautiful peaceful quiet places in india too !! Sadly , Foreigners visit cities like Mumbai, jaipur and Delhi and say that india is highly polluted and populated . It has one of the oldest civilization in the world !

Great video-the boys are just blooming! I couldn't help but notice how beautiful the bird song is while you work around the farm. I've just been listening to Canada geese honking and longing for spring. Tara you seemed so at peace with being home and spending time with the family. There's no place like home❤

I'm so glad your cousins were there to Farm-sit for you, so you could properly emjoy your time in India, but it is written on your faces just how happy you are to be back home. I bet Crusoe has missed his gardening buddy, and I bet Joao has missed him too. Thank goodness that there are the easy jobs for when you are too tired - At least you can still feel you've been productive even if you feel like you aren't doing all that much, (there's a lot to be said for just feeling productive), and it was so nice for me to see you able to work out in the sunshine! I raised my my daughter and son on 135 acre in the country in Wisconsin and they just love being outdoors with the creeks and trees and caves Meadows animals my daughter continued to have a lifelong interest in nature

It is a wonderful feeling to come back home after holidays and relish in the good life that you had all along! We know that we live in our own sort of paradise in the Okanogan Valley, Canada as you do in your hillside "Garden of Eden!" in Portugal. What a well joined family you are! I am so impressed by Crusoe, he has that lets get on with it attitude. My children all run around with no socks, slept outside in all weathers in the UK! And MR John, we have July temperatures in the south at 24 to 30 in Finland! 🇫🇮 ❤

We put in a hose with little holes and an automatic (non electric) timer set for 20 MINS in the late afternoon and it made a huge improvement to the plants around a chalet in a very hot summer without having to think about it. THis would work for you too.My goodness though I love India I am so glad you are all safely home and well!
