It also depends on the age of the bean (from roast). But clearly Luke displays some common sense and pulls shots based on taste, not necessarily on dogmatic settings.

Assuming that's the EA839 3.0T from the current gen S4/S5/SQ5, it's quite reliable and can EASILY be modified for sound and power. Coupled with the hybrid unit, this thing could be a real powerhouse once folks can unlock them.

What machine did you upgrade from? Deciding whether to go midrange profitec or just smash it right into a La marzocco
I had the Lelit Mara x, decent but I really struggled to make silky milk with that machine which was what made me upgrade to this.
Coincidence... I just ordered the same white La Marzocco Micro yesterday, along with a white Pico grinder. Looking forward to start using it, after using a black Gaggia Classic Pro for about a year. Really looking forward to it

Beautiful film, Luke. I’m not from a cold country so I never drive in snow or sleet. Does this kind of weather make you nervous? One minute the roads are wet or icy, the next minute, a snow storm could engulf you?
If you’re in the right car with the right tires then no, this day was extra slippery though because it was raining then suddenly dropped in temperature so it froze.
