She hit me from behind kicked me and beat me up as I was crying. I would do anything to get out of it, but girls are still really weak, but gosh that was a really embarrassing moment. And also no dought about it, men have more body strength than women, so they must never use it to torture a woman or girl. I had a friend who is a bit talkative and she say anything straight to anyone's face. So a boy in his class was angry with her for something stupid she said and one day he blamed her and called her bitch in front of the whole class which made her so upset and she didn't like to come to school after that thing. In the meantime, I had a big crush on that guy but after hearing he called a girl like that I didn't even care he exist. Damn. This made me cry. I don’t think we are told that we matter, enough. It is so so hard sometimes to be afraid you’ll get attacked, to be accused that you’re “too sexy” for wearing your favorite lipstick, to be questioned about your work ability, your motives…. Your talent. To be told that because you cry, and show emotion, that you’re a “typical woman,” that because you are ambitious, you are calculating. Watching this video was like a warm hug from someone you love, saying “it’s going to be ok.”

Coming from a young woman, I am so greatly appreciative of how older woman have set up this world for me. I feel safe walking alone in the streets, being myself, doing what I want, not thinking I’m not good enough. But at the same time I feel horrible for the woman who has to go through people saying we are not good enough, that we are made to be house wife’s, that we should only be mothers. These young girls that are growing up in this generation I hope are greatful for what these woman have done for us young girls to be safe, how much blood sweat tears hurt has gone through it for us to be safe aswell of themselves. @@mj-8489 it's very difficult for people pleasers to stop our instinct to put everyone else before us. it's not even selflessness- more like we think we're not deserving of help/care/love and others deserve it more than us. it's really hard to take a step back and think "okay, i matter just as much as anyone else and i need to start taking care of myself too". we may know this in theory, but actually believing it and putting it into practice can be impossibly difficult. and it's hard for people who aren't like this to realize that.

This made me cry tbh. That woman who said she had to show her parents she’s their daughter and she won’t accept abuse from men made me cry hard. She had to of gone through domestic abuse or god forbid sexual abuse. Everyone should be equal and not have to live in fear for whatever it may be such as black, Asian, Latino/Latina, Native American, Mixed, and transgender, gay, lesbian, bisexual, pansexual and etc. Everyone deserves that right to live in peace. I know it can’t actually stop but it can get better. We just need to get to work on it.

I'm a gay cis-man, and I always used to hang out with the girls. As a teenager, other kids would make fun of me for always being surrounded by girls and women; they'd call me feminine, a girl, etc... And I never understood what was so wrong about that; all my favorite people were (and still are) women. Videos like this make me so happy because they show the beauty of women's empowerment, and I can feel the connection. The ladies in my life have been nothing but supportive of me, and they've always stood up for themselves and me. That's what being a girl means; being strong

I was only one of five females in my Honors Physics class in high school. There wasn’t a day where the male teacher would not remind me that it was okay to give up because I was a girl, and that changing my class was an option. I stayed in that class, and even though I had to win my seat at the guys table i learned to become good at it. I got accepted to UCLA to major in physics and I went to that teacher and told him, “ I guess I’m just that good”. He was a bit shocked but agreed later on that even girls could learn to master the science ruled by men for ages. .

idc what y'all say, i get chills every time that women marvel scene comes on. edit : 1) i forgot to mention that i totally wished black widow would've been a part of that scene. she was our first heroine* portrayed in the movies and was a significant character to so many people. natasha/black widow is such a powerful and important character and she absolutely should've been one of the female characters in that scene. 2) as i stated in a reply below, this scene is more than just a few women grouping up to fight thanos. it's also a portrayal of the diversity of fighting techniques, different backgrounds, and members of different groups coming together. if you truly have a problem with ONE scene portraying a group of women in a fight, i think it might be more than just you cringing. misogyny might be a better word. it's also showing just how many heroine representations we have now as opposed to ten years ago. [*a feminine version of the term hero]

This ban in certain states is going to have a major impact on everyone, just wait and see. It’s really interesting to me how so many people seem to be concerned with the baby being born, but then once it’s here, they don’t care what happens to it. Sure, putting it in the adoption care system is an option, but only about 8% of those babies actually get adopted. Not to mention, once they turn 18 they’re thrown out onto the streets to fend for themselves with no aid whatsoever. I’m not here to insult you, that’s not what I like to do, but the Supreme Court has made it very clear that now that they’ve overturned Roe, they’re going to go after things such as contraceptives, same-sex marriage. They’re going to continue to take away human rights and it’s scary. Also, overturning Roe is not progressive, it’s actually the exact opposite. Banning abortions is not going to stop them from happening, the only thing that is going to change is the amount of women who are going to die attempting unsafe abortions.

You have every right to not get married to another man, but why should a gay man not have that right? It doesn’t affect you in the slightest bit. LGBTQ+ people exist and they’re not going anywhere, they deserve all the same rights as anyone else. It does not matter if you think it’s natural or not, religion should not be the foundation of these policies because not everyone has the same belief system. Also, I definitely agree with you that an overall solution would be safe sex. But, that scenario is not realistic. Accidents happen and so does rape and like I said before, SCOTUS has now said that they’re going to go after laws that protect our rights to contraceptives and birth control. So, safe sex might not even be much of an option soon enough. This isn’t a pro-life decision, this is about taking away women’s rights to their own bodily autonomy. It is an issue of equality, we are regressing as a country and it’s really sad to watch.

@hello bruh well you know, women were not given equal rights from like since when we can remember, women were always told to dress in certain ways or like your job is to stay in the kitchen and raise kids (honestly presuming you're a guy it's more like going and telling a man like go to construction site and start working since you belong there kinda thing) and despite the whole world discouraging them saying patriarchy is better than feminism or women should not be given equal rights and despite being labeled as weak, emotional, sensitive etc they fought so much for so many centuries and got the freedom they wanted. Also have you noticed when a man executes a project and tells people their roles and parts, he's called a good leader but when a woman does the same she's called bossy. Being born with certain parts doesn't mean she doesn't have the same brain so the execution of both projects statistically will be equal but here we are. And another thing is periods. If men were the ones who had periods instead of women they would be praised for their masculinity but since it's a woman they say she's overreacting. Then there are obviously those weird women who say men are the wallets (like how some weird men always say women are objects and nothing more) yet they don't realize the contributions both genders make to the world. Like as a housewife and a working guy for example. When the guy goes for work he'll know that there's someone at home to keep his children nourished and protect them while he's gone etc the same way for a woman she'll do her chores at home knowing there's someone who's working his ass of for her family. And now in the present both genders are educated and working so now the pressure is not always on the guy he can enjoy time with his buds, his family and if he has children he can actually enjoy fatherhood rather than having to work all day while a woman gets to do things on the other sides then switch when they feel like it. Having women also working now has brought the economy at such higher levels since women is 50 percent of the world and since majority of girls now want to work economy grows rapidly. There are so many perks of a feministic society.

This made me cry tbh. That woman who said she had to show her parents she’s their daughter and she won’t accept abuse from men made me cry hard. She had to of gone through domestic abuse or god forbid sexual abuse. Everyone should be equal and not have to live in fear for whatever it may be such as black, Asian, Latino/Latina, Native American, Mixed, and transgender, gay, lesbian, bisexual, pansexual and etc. Everyone deserves that right to live in peace. I know it can’t actually stop but it can get better. We just need to get to work on it.
When your parents and brother abuse you, beat you and starve you, I felt bad for myself. I have no support system in this world. I'm all alone but I got me. I will do everything and I'm doing everything to improve myself, make a career and be independent so that I don't have to put up with the shit. This video made me feel better and believe in myself.

I’m Arab too and luckily my family treat me and my siblings equally, unfortunately I had to leave my own country to get the rights that I deserve because my country only cares about religion and not basic human rights. I was only one of five females in my Honors Physics class in high school. There wasn’t a day where the male teacher would not remind me that it was okay to give up because I was a girl, and that changing my class was an option. I stayed in that class, and even though I had to win my seat at the guys table i learned to become good at it. I got accepted to UCLA to major in physics and I went to that teacher and told him, “ I guess I’m just that good”. He was a bit shocked but agreed later on that even girls could learn to master the science ruled by men for ages. .

Not to mention, once they turn 18 they’re thrown out onto the streets to fend for themselves with no aid whatsoever. I’m not here to insult you, that’s not what I like to do, but the Supreme Court has made it very clear that now that they’ve overturned Roe, they’re going to go after things such as contraceptives, same-sex marriage. They’re going to continue to take away human rights and it’s scary. Also, overturning Roe is not progressive, it’s actually the exact opposite. Banning abortions is not going to stop them from happening, the only thing that is going to change is the amount of women who are going to die attempting unsafe abortions.

@@ronhow1188 so because you, one person, don’t believe homosexual relationships are natural then that should dictate the lives of everyone else? You have every right to not get married to another man, but why should a gay man not have that right? It doesn’t affect you in the slightest bit. LGBTQ+ people exist and they’re not going anywhere, they deserve all the same rights as anyone else. It does not matter if you think it’s natural or not, religion should not be the foundation of these policies because not everyone has the same belief system. Also, I definitely agree with you that an overall solution would be safe sex. But, that scenario is not realistic. Accidents happen and so does rape and like I said before, SCOTUS has now said that they’re going to go after laws that protect our rights to contraceptives and birth control. So, safe sex might not even be much of an option soon enough. This isn’t a pro-life decision, this is about taking away women’s rights to their own bodily autonomy. It is an issue of equality, we are regressing as a country and it’s really sad to watch.
@stars forever lady i know many women are cunning, they come up with excuses that make them seem like victims but in reality women are coming up with these excuses to misuse them to their advantage and to make the man look like a rapist so yes the scotus is correct in banning this

@hello bruh well you know, women were not given equal rights from like since when we can remember, women were always told to dress in certain ways or like your job is to stay in the kitchen and raise kids (honestly presuming you're a guy it's more like going and telling a man like go to construction site and start working since you belong there kinda thing) and despite the whole world discouraging them saying patriarchy is better than feminism or women should not be given equal rights and despite being labeled as weak, emotional, sensitive etc they fought so much for so many centuries and got the freedom they wanted. Hence, she's proud to be a woman :)
Also have you noticed when a man executes a project and tells people their roles and parts, he's called a good leader but when a woman does the same she's called bossy. Being born with certain parts doesn't mean she doesn't have the same brain so the execution of both projects statistically will be equal but here we are. And another thing is periods. If men were the ones who had periods instead of women they would be praised for their masculinity but since it's a woman they say she's overreacting. Then there are obviously those weird women who say men are the wallets (like how some weird men always say women are objects and nothing more) yet they don't realize the contributions both genders make to the world. Like as a housewife and a working guy for example. When the guy goes for work he'll know that there's someone at home to keep his children nourished and protect them while he's gone etc the same way for a woman she'll do her chores at home knowing there's someone who's working his ass of for her family. And now in the present both genders are educated and working so now the pressure is not always on the guy he can enjoy time with his buds, his family and if he has children he can actually enjoy fatherhood rather than having to work all day while a woman gets to do things on the other sides then switch when they feel like it. Having women also working now has brought the economy at such higher levels since women is 50 percent of the world and since majority of girls now want to work economy grows rapidly. There are so many perks of a feministic society.
