    • I have it, honestly the heat is in the bottom of the brush and depending on the settings the more likely scenario is to not get burn, mine has medium and ironically that the low setting, and pretty much the heat is alright, but if you use maximung heat it's better to use some product to protect from heat

  • I absolutely love mine. It's a real game changer. Salon blowout at home! Who has the coordination and patience to actually blow dry your hair with a round brush and blow dryer? This thing does it for you and it's AMAZING! I always get compliments when I do it. Pro tip: After blow drying with this I always do a cool shot. It creates a good shine, and at the ends I like to do a flip in and then a flip out.

    • @@carla5525it's like the cool button on the blow dryer, if I am not mistaken. A hairstylist told me to use the cool button because it sets the hair. When I started using that cool button, I got better results. With the one step, since my hair was dry, I used the low setting first, then I followed it with cold. I got a better result with it as well. I just don't like the noise of cool and high heat. The low heat is not loud. The product I use is Redken big blowout or velvet gelatin.

  • pro tips: even when doing a blowout with a normal blow dryer and round brush, you should dry the hair like 70-80% first and then go in with the round brush or in this case, this revlon dryer. it just helps the “curls” to stick better because the hair is damp enough to use a blow dryer on but not so soaked that it’s not completely dry bc that leads to the curls falling out and your hair just getting sizzled lol. ALSO - cool shots are your friend when curling!!! after the hair is completely dried and you’ve gotten the wave in there that you’re looking for, the cool shot just helps it stick that much more, bc the hydrogen bonds in your hair repair by cooling down and those are what determine the wave patter in your hair 😊

This product allows me to exhaust my right side, and then switch to the left side. If I use a blower and hairbrush, I have to exhaust both arms at the same time, so I have to take breaks.

It does get VERY hot so I don’t use it every day. Or I’ll let it air dry about 60% before I go in. Thanks for showing us different ways to use it!! • Hey Brad! Been following you for years because I'm usually very adventurous with my hair. My hair is naturally stick straight and full, but somewhat fine. I grew out my mohawk this year and am working on ridiculously long hair that's currently a base of the neck length bob. I normally let it air dry but it takes hours sometimes. In October I went to NYC on vacation and needed an easy solution for drying my hair because I knew it would be chilly and I didn't want to walk around with wet hair. I grabbed one of these at the last minute and used it the first time in NY. It was amazing! Complete game changer for my hair and routine! Thanks for all you do!

    • Does it cause the hair to have more or less frizz compared to air drying or regular blow drying? I would love to try this because I think it will help me stule my medium-to-long-ish layers plus I have to do something to my roots too so my hair stays flattering both to my face and my head. But since the air goes out and thus up I assume it will cause the fly-aways to stick out more.

  • This brush is life changing. My arms are exhausted half way through drying my hair and I usually still need to use a straightener for the random wavy bits I have left. This is totally one and done. I love it!

    • My hair is super long so same here. Plus I end up sweating to death no matter the season. But NOW!!! It still takes forever because my hair is half curly and half straight (idk) and thick but now all I have to do is use this. No straightener afterwards. Which cuts my prep time in HALF.

    • Wendy Riebe I'm glad you're happy with yours. Could have something to do with individual head of hair though, I say that as am watching another KZheadr same time as watching Brad, and she doesn't like the Revlon one, she said way too loud, way too heavy, handle got too hot and didn't dry and straighten her hair completely whereas the other one she used on the other side of her head left her hair soft, straight and smooth. Just FYI.

  • Brad!!! You convinced me, I'm looking for the perfect gift for my 14 year old daughter, this would be her first blow dryer... She has been asking for mine and I've tried to instruct her on how to use it but she seems kind of overwhelmed. I think this will be perfect for her to use when getting ready for High School 🎒 Thank you for such a great demonstration 🙌

  • I have wavy hair that gets very frizzy without styling. I got this Revlon one step dryer a couple of years ago, and it’s a game changer! It completely transforms my hair, and only takes about 5 minutes for a total blowout (and I have a lot of long hair!). I switch back and forth between hot and cold, as it really heats up. Leaves my hair silky and full of body and shine. I also have joint problems, and the ease of working with this one tool vs. a blow dryer and round brush is amazing. My sister-in-law tried it, and bought one for herself and her two sisters the very next day!
