It'd be sweet to see a podventure with Matt that shows the coyote slaying in real-time! Thanks for doing this podcast for us
We shot 30 yotes within 5 miles of my house last year. I swear the population doubled this year. They are everywhere, and I see them just about every night coming home after dark. The only difference we have noticed is we very rarely see them within 500 yards of my house anymore. They've left our chickens alone this year, but we sure didn't have as many pheasants this year. I think I've only got 6 or 7 this year (certainly less attempts, as they've stayed out of our pasture and alfalfa field). They are certainly smart. A couple years ago I could get multiple shots (suppressed) before they would scoot out of the field. Now, they hear a shot (suppressed or otherwise), and they are GONE. Northeast Nebraska for reference.
This is fantastic. You guys need to advertise this more.
We really appreciate your time and effort you put into each video.
I've had great luck on yotes with my zebra distress call. Truly though, this guy is a wealth of knowledge.
We need some Vortex thermal and nightvision optics, semi affordable would be nice but im sure easier said than done.
the thing I would add, its fine to change up you calls etc. but if you see a coyote and he is coming change nothing. If call is off leave it off if it is on leave it on with the same call, don't change it!
You should talk to Brent Parker about coyote/prey relationships, and how predator control, or lack of it, can impact antelope herds.
I’m looking forward to watching this video. Always enjoy your content thanks
Vortex needs to produce 3 or 4 thermal scopes with Matt’s input.
I learned so much from this Video. It has made me think about new things when I go out hunting coyotes. Time to put the new thinking into practice. I really appreciate it.
This is great I loved it. What’s the guy on there with you talking and does the sound with his own mouth what his name again I’d like to look up mortgage information and when you have something on as interesting as this and most of your shows, you know as long as you want guys.
I need pictures…Maps…diagrams. 🤦♂️🤷♂️
This was helpful. We went on a coyote hunt a few weeks ago and they busted us - hopefully better luck next time after listening to this episode.
