Summer, you are a fantastic teacher! I absolutely love all your videos. Thanks for all you do!
That is so sweet of you to say and means so much!! ❣️
واوووو كلش حلووو عاشت الايادي❤❤❤❤يخببببل😘😘😘😘
I will be saving this tutorial for later viewing. I just got a blow dryer brush and it is so much easier than using separate tools for sure. I have to admit I have never been consistent with sectioning my hair whenever I blow dry (just too lazy). But because my hair is not that thick anymore, I figured it wouldn't make that much of a difference at this time, but maybe I should try it. Thank you for this lesson!
It makes such a difference! Hope you enjoy!
@@StylesBySummerhello angel I am your new viewer and subscriber and in cutting your the best and amazing but when you texturizing after cutting then I am confused abut it's texture angles and sections please solve this problem I requested and God bless you maam
@@StylesBySummerand one more question if you don't mind can you teel us about face framing which cutting is suitable on which face shape please I am waiting maam
So glamorous. I don't have a butterfly cut, but the tutorial is useful for me anyway :)
Absolutely! I blowout my hair similar!
Over-directing makes such a difference! Great tutorial as always 👌.
Yes it does! Thanks for watching as always ❤️❤️
How to determine the size of the section was really helpful. Have wondered about that many times! Glad your client didn’t lose her head during the blowout and loved her jean jacket at the end. lol!
😂 she did almost did go flying several times!
I wore this cut in the late 80’s love it 😍
Wow! What an excellent tutorial! Thank you so much
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you! I needed to learn how to make my hair cut look good.
You are so welcome!
Hi summer thank you so much for this video. I could never get it right but now that you explain it wow ❤
Awesome! So happy to hear that!

Absolutely gorgeous cut & blow out!
Yah I enjoy Ur vedioes ❤❤❤
THANKS Summer..
Thank you so much❤❤❤
Espectacular el corte muy bonito
Gorgeous as always, and the mannequin doesn't look too bad, either! 😁What size barrel and type of bristles do you recommend, if one is purchasing a replacement styling brush, for different types or lengths of hair to avoid snagging? Advantages and disadvantages? Thank you for another very helpful video.
Hi Summer! Such a great detailed tutorial! Thank you! I have this brush just need to learn your technique! What setting would you suggest for very fine highlighted hair?
Thanks for a great video. Do you prefer these products to the moroccanoil volumising products you used to recommend?
Love this. What do you have to do different if you have a side part? Thank you.
You can do all the same steps, just with your hair parted to your side!
Thank you!@@StylesBySummer ♥
You do the best blowouts 😊
Thanks! I love doing them too!
Please come to CA. lol
Hi Summer. I so enjoy your channel. I learn so much. I have thin hair. Hoping you can give me some suggestions. I'm in the process of growing out my bangs. But I don't like my forehead. I'm afraid if I go back to bangs, it will make my hair look thinner. Please help. Are there any styles that you can recommend that would offer forehead coverage? My hair is shoulder length and typically I do a side part. as I feel as though it provides a bit more volume. Thanks for your time. Have a terrific day!
Waoooo very nice me belong from Pakistani I love Ur tutorials .I learn a lot cutts blow dry styles also .that blow dry blush which company plz tell blow dry brush name and model
Tooop and bueaful ❤❤❤
Hi Summer could you please do a fringe ponytail hair cut on just below the shoulders, thanks
Is there a more affordable option for a round dry brush like that one, that’s actually good? I have an oval brush but it doesn’t put enough curl in my hair
I have a question! I literally have this same cut but wavy/curly texture that responds very well to a heat brush styling tool (I use the revlon version). I just tried this blowout technique with these products you used, and my hair came out AMAZING, except I still ran into this same issue I have, which is baby hairs in the front that stick straight up after heat application (I swear, they’re like perma-bangs, lol). Do you have any finishing product recs to tame those whispy beasts? I tried the olaplex oil but it felt a little heavy on these fine hairs. Thanks for all your vids! I’ve commented before that I’m not a stylist but I learn so much from you about how to talk to my own stylist and how to style my own hair!! 😘 I go in for another cut in a few days and I think we’re gonna shag it out for the summer 😊 -Linz (PDX)
Thank you so much for this. I have curly/wavy hair and the problem with this styling is that after one night's sleep, my hair is back to normal... which forces me to use the brush everyday and put heat on my hair. Is there any way to maintain this hairstyle for at least two days? How should I protect the styling overnight? thanks so much for your tips!
❤
Is there a good alternative to the L’Oréal mouse? Thanks!
Summer, I do not have a butterfly cut, it is a chin length bob. Would I want to do a similar dry with my bob? It unfortunately is not as blunt as I was looking for (the blunt bob) It has a bit too much layering but it will grow out, and I can always get it cut right next time lol. Right now I usually bc it was shorter, just used the hair dryer to mostly dry my hair, as it gets way too hot to fully dry, especially if I use my Revlon dry brush. And then either do Velcro rollers or those clamp clips to lift may hair off my scalp as it continues to dry and cool down.
Velcro rollers are great! I blowout my hair similar to this and have a bob blowout tutorial I did just recently if you want to look for it! I believe it was 5/6 videos ago!
Hi Summer. This was an exceptional blow drying tutorial! I’m not great at sectioning my hair in rows, but your step by step instruction is very helpful. My crown area dries quickly since it’s thinner in that area, so would you suggest drying that area first or just lightly misting it with water?
You can mist it down prior to drying. I have dried that area first and placed in a Velcro roller to get more volume! Thanks for watching and glad the video helped. Let me know if you have any other questions!
@@StylesBySummer Using a Velcro roller is a great idea. Thanks so much, Summer! :)
Great video, I am dying to buy one of these brushes, I'm usually pretty good with blow drying my hair w/round brush, but would like a little more help with this kind of brush, especially the front, I'm so scared to burn my hair though, I know you have to prep the hair 1st, it's just getting used to using the cool shot on brush while it's still in the hair.
I felt the same with frying my hair. Was afraid of them. I just got the T3 that Summer is using and it's very gentle. I love it! Has more heat settings, Plus the cool shot button stays on. You don't have to hold it. My sister has the Revlon and keeps it on low heat.
Hmm, thanks for the response.
It takes a bit of getting used to but can be so much easier on the arms and shoulders to use over separate dryer and brush!
Yes! The heat I find to be lower and I love the ease of the cold shot!
@StylesBySummer Yes! Once I got used to it, I found that the handle isn't as hard to maneuver as I thought. I've watched all your wonderful videos to help me as I'm growing out a patch of alopecia areata (under my ear hairline) and I can't thank you enough! Especially for this one. I could never get my bang area straight but with body and these tips are brilliant. ❤️
Is there such a thing as side part butterfly cut? And how would I articulate to my stylist that I want this type of layer that flows away from the face?
I have a side part version of one, I believe I did more layers. You can certainly do it with a side part!

The problem I've been facing and for the life of me i can't get rid of it.... I am getting build up on my brush... UGHHH oh God... I don't know why it started happening and because of it all the hardwork i did to learn blow dry is gone... I can't get the results cuz of this issue.... And i cant find information anywhere about this issue...
On your blowout brush? You could try using barbicide wipes to remove any residue and then use a damp cloth(no soaking water coming out of it) after the Barbicide wipes.
@@StylesBySummer yes on my blow out brush... And the problem is i wasn't experiencing this build up before it started happening not so while ago... Using the same products nothing new...
Tolles Video, Aber alleine bekommt man das doch garnicht so hin, vor allem hinten 🙈
Farai fare la traduzione in italiano coi sottotitoli? Grazie
Where are you? I want you to cut my hair! ❤
no voloom?
Haha! Mannequin hair does get more volume on its own but you'll never catch me drying my hair without the Voloom!
@@StylesBySummer I showed the voloom to my neighbor - she was blown away. I sent her your video and discount - and now she has one. :)
