Honestly, I can’t argue with the price and honestly I couldn’t really argue with anything because this headset is specifically the best. Honestly the budget on this was really good and the mic quality is very sick. Specially, on my PC and Xbox. It honestly sounds like studio headphones so that is really good and yeah, so pretty much can be looking forward for the future with the steel series

Just bought this got it hooked up to my ps4 which it should be good with says on the website and the sound quality is great however the mic doesn’t work at all unless I slightly bend it downwards any help

Only issue with it its the headset is very quiet. Even maxed out audio on overwatch, call of duty, rainbow 6 siege the head set is so quiet to the point where its getting me killed in games.
Are you able to use this with a separate standalone mic?

This typically happens when your parties voice chat is coming out of an external speaker as well as your headset and your headset mic picks up the volume too
