  • Kane too. In 1999, he didn't necessarily "return" shredded, but after WrestleMania he started to slim down. By June that year, KOTR, he was slimmer and more ripped, while starting to wear the outfit that had mesh slits in the wrestling top he wore. By August/September (around the time he'd become tag champs again with X-Pac and had the feud with Unholy Alliance) he was absolutely shredded. But he returned in that same shredded condition in 2002 for sure, and was faster than ever before.

I’m the same height and body shape that Eddie Guerrero is i bulked up to my heaviest this past winter at 197 pounds, but when it comes to losing weight for summertime I literally have to starve myself while at the same time Training hard and heavy. I’ll only have a cup of coffee, some yogurt, and a scoop of tuna, and a protein shake later in the day. I’m order to look cut my bodyweight has to be 155 pounds, I usually stay around 175 pounds when cutting because if I got that low I would probably die.

  • I know we can say gear etc… which it is most of the time but I also think it’s getting proper rest and recovery also life on the road can take its toll on your body and being limited to proper food at times also doesn’t help.

    • @@IIOctaneII what are you smoking? Its possible for a newb but for a guy who has already been hitting the gym for years, absolutely not. I said 20lbs of muscle not a,mix of muscle and fat. At his size, he could put on 5 at most.
