I was so close to getting the logitech mouse but the many reviews of double clicking issues made me go for the razer
Dude I had my Logitech mouse for 5 years and still works like new. Same with my Xbox controllers and PS4 controllers. Never had any stick drift issues nor rubber fading out. My brother however goes through mouse and controllers left and right. Some people know how to take care of stuff and some people don’t
@@Legendary_Bleu doesn't matter how carefully you use it. Some Logitech mouse, especially the g203/g102 can handle tremendous abuse whereas others will start double clicking issue even if it's very slightly used.

I had a really pricey, premium feeling logitech headset, but eventually it stopped connecting to bluetooth so ive avoided them ever since, in comparison the only razer product i've had is my mouse, a deathadder chroma that ive had 8+ years, i just ordered a basilisk ultimate cause it was on sale for 80$

I have had both logitech and razer products. Mice: Used to use trackballs almost exclusively until the early '00s. My first Razer was a diamondback. My fist Logitech was a G5. I've tried tons of mice over the years. Mad Catz R.A.T.9 and M.M.O.7, Razer Deathadder and Naga (OG and trinity), Roccat Nyth, Logitech G9x and G600. I stick with the G600. Why? A combination of the buttons and the software. I love the ring finger button for DPI shift. I still use the old Logitech Gaming Software because I know it in and out and love the macro and scripting features. I've been thinking about trying out the EVGA X15 soon. As for keyboards? I've tried several Roccat, Razer, and Logitech keyboards over the years. I mostly just use the G710+. I have several other models. A Roccat Isku+ Force FX, Logitech OG G15, G19, G510, and G910 Spectrum, and a Razer Tarantula and BlackWidow. I stick with the G710+ and G600 for the most part. They're cheap and work well. I'll Probably move to the G910 if my G710+ ever dies and I can't just replace the switches. As far as gaming keypads go I like the Razer Tartarus V2. I have been tempted to try out the Red Dragon K585 Wireless. I use them with my laptop so they don't see nearly as much use. I use the MX anywhere 2s with the laptop but I have been looking at the Elecom EX-G and EX-G Pro recently (trackballs).

As a razer basilisk essential user I gotta say, razer does have infinite scrolling, you can adjust the scrollwheel resistance
Plus the latest mouse in the basilisk lineup actually has infinite scrolling
I still remembered a razer fan boy friend of mine boasting about his wireless mouse, while another logitech fanboy friend hates fancy light effects on any razer devices. After that Logitech boy has two gpro wireless models suffering from double clicking issues, he changed to razer viper. And I purchased his gpro wireless mouse then finding a solution to temporarily solve the double click, nice trade and he got not regrets, he eventually accepted his Razer demon in his heart by turning every light effects on his mouse off But sometimes Logitech software still upgrading slowly as hell, really jealous about Razer softwares, they are fast and I mean they got universal Thx spatial audio for non-dedicated device in one single purchase, also I don't want another Logitech product like keyboard and gaming headphones

I was gifted a Razer headset once. Razer Synapse was causing problems with high cached memory, so I had to reboot every few days. Also, thanks to how abusive I am with wireless headsets, one of it's speakers broke off. I tossed it out, uninstalled Razer Synapse, switched to my Bluetooth Skullcandy, and never had cached memory problems again.

I love both companies but I have had problems with Logitech breaking especially the double click issue in as short as 6 months so I’m back to razer mouse because I had my deathader for 3 years and only changed to go to wireless.
Will never buy another logitech mouse as long as they insist on using Omron blue switches. Those things have a life span of 1 day to 12 months. Worst mouse switches ever made.
I have G102 mouse for about 2 years now and it's still in perfect condition and i use my PC a lot, like for entire day. You just had bad luck obviously.

I've always had a Razer keyboard & mouse, the deathadder is quite nice for large hands. Though I don't really care what brand my stuff is from. Though I do like the snake theme Razor has, its quite cool. I'll buy that hoodie their doing to save the trees once its available cause it looks kinda cool & I need some gaming apparel since I have a gaming channel. All my clothes are from H&M, when I'm rich all my clothes will be Linux Tech Tips merch.
Finally had to replace the mouse and keyboard on my pc. Ended up with a Logitech mouse and Razer keyboard. Gonna have to connect the computer to the internet if I ever get tired of the keyboard changing colors.

Honestly, budget wise I actually like razer, I just picked up a viper mini for only 30 bucks cuz it was on sale (super lightweight) but my brother has the two brands(death adder v2 pro wireless and g pro super light) since he’s like the guy who chooses between the two depending on mood(different mood for the different mouse shape and grip)
I got a g502 the same mouse in this video for 30$ on amazon. the wireless version is the only one that's expensive.

Im both since I got the steel series Apex pro TKL and the Razer viper ultimate
Out of both companies, the best mouse you can buy for the value is the basilisk v3 wired version. Premium clicks that are crisp and sound great with their optical switches, and great weight to it, comfortable, you can use left and right scrollwheel, infinite scroll, sniper button, preinstalled grips on the side, nice textured plastic on rest of mouse, great ptfe feet, works with all grip types, really good rgb, and responsive asf. For people complaining about wire just get a mouse bungee or even better just tape the wire high on the back of your monitor out of sight and drag is eliminated. Only thing is that you can’t spin it in 360s but that’s really not needed at all. If people are gonna say it’s bad because 40 more grams than the gpx superlight, you are actually just weak asf if you can’t use this mouse without straining your muscles.

G-Hub today (April 2022) is still so bad I decided to switch Razer. A few weeks now and I have to say, Synapse is better by far. G-Hub profile switch works when it wants, assigning keys is slower, software crashed (latest Win 10 build) and was difficult to reinstall (regular uninstall did not work). No cloud save for profiles. It's difficult even to explain how much pain it was to use. Edit: I used G-Hub for about year with G604 mouse.

That steering wheel caught me off guard
I had both I had to retire my Logitech headset after 4 years it had amazing sound quality but the headphone extenders broke and the wire came out and I got the kraken and I'd say these have equal ground in terms of headphones and devices
Sincerely I bought the 502 for 2 reasons 1- mongraal plays with a similar mouse 402,I know,it’s not the same but similar 2- besides the side buttons it has like 5 extra custom buttons and that’s pretty good
