@@yutyrannus5209 people who actually love cars or car brands and realism would highly disagree with you. Also, Forza has a much bigger diversity/variety of races or things to do. NFS copied some of these aspects but it will never be as fun as in Forza. I own and love both games and appreciate them for their unique features.

NFS Heat was a great game imo. It just needed more content. The day/night system was awesome. Cop chases were challenging. The story was alright. Graphics and the location was fine by me. The soundtrack was a banger as always.The gameplay loop, gaining heat level by night to unlock parts and then going racing by day to make the money to buy them worked really well. Basically if you had at least 2 friends to play with it was more fun than Horizon 4 ever was. However nfs heat's lack of content and smaller playerbase meant that after 30 hours you're basically done with the game. While in Horizon 4 i've played 300+ hours before moving on to 5. They both have their place but i feel like Heat is an underrated experience..

@@rage.exe0205 The game was an always online experience though. Online was the default mode and solo was optional. Just like in Forza. Just because the game actually has a decent story mode (unlike horizon) doesn't give them an excuse for lack of post launch support.
I like nfs games because they are more dark themed while forza games are "ah yes you can destroy everywhere and race have fun sweetie"

Personally, after playing payback and heat, I still think NFS most wanted 2005 was the best NFS game they could ever come out with. Best story, best music, thoroughly challenging and no heist cap. They made you love that one car you wanted back at any cost and that's about it!

Agree. The classic NFS Most Wanted is the best they ever made. It was hard to grind and challenging races, story was awesome and you had a lot of options to make changes to your car. It was also hard to buy a car in the shop, so you needed to put all your grinding etc in 1 car

Honestly heat was very good with its customization and exhaust backfires/ turbo spool noises (which forza needs). I used to not like forza but after playing it on the game pass the driving is great after getting used to it and the online is really good in horizon 4.

@@187Blondie Maybe for you, try to disable every assist and try to learn how to tune a car. Forza is a sim-arcade. Personally i do every tune by myself and trust me when i tell you that every setting changes car performance. In nfs every car has the same physics even when they have different layouts while in forza you can easily feel the difference between every car layout. Forza's driving IS simulation because the driving system has it's own physics, who is based from RL. When you need to drift you simply do like you are supposed to do in real life...in nfs when you drift is the game who decides if the car needs to drift or not...even Midnight Club series and underground 2 have better physics than latest nfs games.
I started out as a NFS player, then a couple of months ago I got FH4 - now I'll never look at NFS the same way again.
imo most wanted 2012 was one of the best entries in the series. even though it probably shouldn't have been called most wanted, it was really fun. the map was one of the best ever designed, the streets and districts flowed into each other, and the graphics were (and still are) beautiful it's really fun because anyone can learn it and it's an unrealistic, arcade style game where you can take 300 foot jumps in a ford raptor or drift around a twisty mountain road at 220 mph in a bugatti, or have cops chase you throughout the map. the jackspot system was a really good idea too, it just needed some progression. even without a storyline it kept you playing for hours. just because it doesn't share similarities with the original doesn't mean we should hate on an amazing game. give this game some love
To be fair , if you ask NFS community , top 3 most hated NFS series, Most wanted 2012 comes at first , followed by Payback and Undercover. Also, if you like NFSMW2012, you should check out the Burnout franchise

Thats something I found some months ago in FH3 it looks great even in a gtx1060, last week I bought FH4 thinking I would have to downgrade textures/quality and even then it wouod hard to play...it looks beautiful and fluid. Devs really know how to optimize the game

nfs is goofy and I love it. Was playing nfsu 2, crashed into a wall and somehow gained more speed. Its not like I was hitting the walls with the side of my car. I hit it with my front yet somehow it bounced back and gained more speed

To clarify more (Unbiased opinions): - Forza Horizon is a mix between a simulation and an arcade racer. It has a full story mode, and an open world design based on scaled down versions of real life locations. It also borrows a lot of the physics from Motorsport, making the cars behave like you would expect a real car to do in certain circumstances. - Forza Motorsport is a pure simulation racer, similar to Gran Turismo. It features very realistic physics, and in full simulation mode it's best enjoyed with a steering wheel. Also, in all Forza games, the level of difficulty can be adjusted through a multitude of variables. Effectively allowing the player to tailor the experience to their liking. - Need For Speed is an arcade racer, with emphasis on story and silly fun. Its physics are very unrealistic in comparison to Forza (in real life, you won't go faster drifting around a corner. for example). But this series has a great legacy. It really made open world racing games popular.

This is pretty damn accurate, because being a typical NFS fan and a typical Forza fan I am *both* of these types of gamers in a nutshell lol

I don't want to start a war... I only want to give my opinion. :P For me, I played both games and here's what I think: These two games are too different to be compared. Like, NFS is all about street racing and some police pursuits, illegal races, custom cars and more realist the way you have to grind rep and money to buy some cars on a limited budget. Forza has a pretty arcade feel to it and it's more like a car adventure in some beautiful landscapes... Also, it's kind of like a millionaire simulator, because you earn many cars in the beginning of the game. Both games are incredible, but I think you can't really compare racing games with a different approach to them. Edit: Every single Forza Horizon introduces us with a freakin hypercar and I don't like this... It's like, here's a brand new hypercar even if you play only an hour a week! It's so weird... In Heat for example if ya want some money, it doesn't grow in trees, you gotta work hard for it.

I played it a bit, like for 2 months and I got tired, here's why: The Crew 2 has a lot of vehicles, the best list of vehicles in any racing game possible and the map is giant. BUT, the graphics are bad, atleast on consoles The Crew 2 looks awful and the fps drops to like, 15 randomly and the map is not on a 1:1 scale, making it really strange... The car sounds are not really good, the upgrade system is sh*t and the customization is not great because they didn't include some simple things... Making the cars have ricey parts and ending up looking too flashy and weird... Also, it's kinda pay-to-win. Season passes cost a lot for the premium and grinding is long and not fun in the game... That was my personal opinion, but I'm still disappointed by how this game had a lot of potential, and ruined it with almost everything. So I'm waiting for a third title, if there's one of course. But for now, I'm waiting for TDU Solar Crown, it's gonna have everything The Crew 2 is missing that I listed except probably for the cars! :P Edit: I'm waiting for GT7 too! X)

I think it would be legendary if NFS and Forza came together as one game
NFS is an arcade game franchise (if you don't put prostreet and shift in, which are still pretty cool). Their style had change along the way starting in 2010, but had made themself the most iconic racing franchise of all time. Forza Horizon is an arcade-y take on Forza Motorsport's physic, and with the help of open-world and an engaging story mode, the game had a great start. not to mention the cover for the first game being my favourite car, Viper. personal note: I had played most of NFS. Most Wanted 2005 is the most iconic, but has repetitive gameplay. NFS No Limits does not give you full control over the car, and had slow progression. And the career mode sucks, cuz you'll have to literally grind for resources every single day, no guaranteed for a long-term benefit. And repetitve. but so far, Heat has almost everything to be the best NFS game ever, but just the soundtrack made for the "popularity" does not incorporate with the entire game's purpose as well as social media. I recommend watching Whitelight's review on every NFS game made in 2010 and later, and Raycevick's review on post-2010's title. Also, Driveclub beats both NFS and FH's ass, but playstation just doesn't want another racing game.

For the record Forza could’ve been 100$ for the Ultimate Edition but it’s well worth it since that game actually has more DLC’s then some quest line to rice out a McLaren F1 and an Aston Martin.

Forza looks to be for casual competitive driving against friends, with a certain disregarde for rules. While NFS is a breathtaking thriller of action and pursuit with a story to go along with more customization options. Both are amazing, but I'm team NFS
I’ve played FH3 and a bit of FH4 (my pc could only run it for half an hour before crashing) and both were great games. But I’ve practically grown up with NFS a huge chunk of my life and despite it being lost to corporate greed, I still prefer it over Forza Horizon which has ended up becoming a hell pit for casuals with low standards aside from graphics. Too many Forza fanboys in this comment section.

And you just made a point about Forza: too much graphics that won't work on a decent pc. In nfs, you can adjust graphics
@@_pyrenees It’s possible to adjust graphics in Forza games, but when you put it below medium settings, it sorta makes you question why you bought those games in the first place. One of the major selling points of Forza is the photorealistic graphics, if you bought a Forza game for the graphics, and your potato pc forces you to decrease the graphics settings to the most minimal amount, the game looks awful and it really defeats the purpose of buying it. Now, what a lot of Forza fanboys fail to realize is that a game’s graphics does not determine the overall quality of the game. Hot Pursuit, another NFS game released in 2010, has dated graphics (the remaster didn’t include reworked textures either but why does that matter) but the gameplay mechanics are extremely good if you’re into arcade racing. All of the FH games pre-FH4 had good graphics and good gameplay. In FH5, if you’re not a braindead casual, it’s a huge clusterfuck and no wonder why people got bored of the game and dropped it in favor of FH4 so quickly. It gets worse if you’ve been a longtime fan/vet of FH too. 5 just feels like a middle finger from Microsoft and Playground. They have your money, nothing else matters anymore.

i m used to play NFS since 2005 in MW till Heat, every time i play a new version it was really fun, but i find that i stop playing just after 2 weeks, i decided to play in FH 4 and 5, at first it was boring a little bit, but later, i realised that i m playing more and more hours every day and it dosnt look i l going to finish it, there are many many events and seasons...

I am absolutely a forza fan here but I do like the older nfs games like rivals and most wanted soooo It depends on the game I don’t like forza motor sport but I do really like horizon I have fh2,fh3 and fh4
