Love these headphones. Only issue I have is that it cannot play multiple inputs at the same time. My crappy turtle beaches allowed this and it was great when I want to watch my tv and play music from my phone through Bluetooth. Any chance a firmware update could make this happen ?

The GSP 670 has two separate in-chat and audio volume wheels. The audio volume wheel serves to adjust the settings of your game audio. The in-chat volume wheel serves to adjust the sound levels of the in-chat conversation.

While I don't disagree that it's heavy, don't forget that wired headset weight is usually displayed without the cable, so with the cable the GSP 600 is probably somewhat heavier.

Also I have the GSP 600 it not just the weight i'm only concern but how much pressure it has around the ears. A good seal is great but i'm in pain after a few hours of use. I loosen the contact point at the top but it still quite unpleasant....but I still love the sounds but feel disappointment in comfort

FAIL, Micro usb is the crappiest connector you could of choose, let us know when you stop being cheap and put a usb C connector on there. Once that micor usb breaks, youy have a 350 dollar brick

Sorry to hear that we do not live up to your expectations. We choose micro usb over usb c because the a few reasons. Since it is a wireless headset you only use the cable a short amount of time...when your not gaming. The headset charges fast and therefore the micro usb is not in use unless you game more than 20 hours straight. Again it's a wireless headset...you dont use the cable most of the time.

Cell phones are wireless too. That’s why the industry is switching over to USB type C because the micro usb connector breaks. Look at the latest Samsug phones, Apple doesn’t use it. All these devices are wireless so that’s not an excuse. You could be forgiven if you had a swappable battery like the steel series wireless headphones. But since that’s the only way to charge those headphones was a very poor decision on your part. Especially for the price that you are demanding.
