Inferno is about Joker escaping Arkham after being captured in The Dark Knight and Fear Itself is about Scarecrow. The only thing they seem to (luckily) save on his character most of the time is his unwillingness to kill. But even that's starting to get thrown in the garbage. Deadshot in this version of him is actually considered weak. If you want a version where Deadshot and Batman are actual formidable against each other, I suggest playing or watching a clip of Batman against Deadshot in Arkham City gameplay. Even then, Batman's personality is kinda shaky there to me. I miss his loving/compassionate personality in the Animated Series. It was one of the few times where you can distinguish Batman from the rest of the villains, even caring for them to turn them for good, even if it seems or is impossible.
