One of the reasons the warehouse fight is so good is not solely due to the choreography. It shows Batman being still vulnerable. He got stabbed, shot, punched.

I think the new batman movie has done pretty accurate, he's still early kn but already shows signs of arkham batman's strength, skill, brutality and intelligence, for example the scene with all the riddlers blowing the roof off to stun them then quickly take them out, whilst using the environment around him as advantages and escape routes

The warehouse fight is by far the best. Not only is the choreography insane but the underlying details as well. It's realistic that that the criminals try acting smart shooting down the hole, they pull knives as soon as they're out of ammo, they attack him from behind, try tackling him and try to grab his cape. And let's no forget we see him have realistic difficulty dealing with them. He gets shot, hit and stabbed. Utterly flawless.

I don't see any other actor coming close to be more accurate than this, even tho i have to say i hated Ben Afleck as Batman.. weird don't you think ? The Pruitt bulding sequence in The Dark Knight is even better imo. It's personally the best live-action Batman action sequence of all time purely by stakes. Batman races against time to fight the SWAT team and Joker's goons (disguised as doctors) while simultaneously trying to save the hostages and minimize casualties and he executed it all flawlessly.
@rifath81529 ай бұрын
It's really frustrating because the first time I saw that dock scene in 2005, I was excited, because I thought the "hidden" fight was building up to great choreography in later scenes/sequels. And then it was just... bad. Just bad fighting for the entire trilogy. Such a waste.

The Warehouse scene is the clear winner. I always loved how comic book artists, even as far back as Neal Adams, then Jim Aparo, showed how dynamic and explosive Batman was in combat. Aparo would show Batman being capable of fast horizontal movement across the page, reminiscent of Miller's Daredevil. That Warehouse scene captures his agility and explosiveness similar to the comics. Nolan and Reeves keep the combat mostly vertical and relatively stiff. While reasonably well choreographed within those limits, it doesn't capture the exciting movement and frenetic mayhem of the comic book fights like the Warehouse scene.

He made himself a superhero after making the promise, he did everything necessary actively, to become the man he needs to be. On the other hand, heroes like spiderman, Superman - they already had the power. They decided to help others after having the power. The Batman vs Ra's fight at the beginning of Gotham Knights had no right being that good! Especially since it was the best part of the game...
One of the reasons the warehouse fight is so good is not solely due to the choreography. It shows Batman being still vulnerable. He got stabbed, shot, punched.
He wasn’t really vulnerable, he ate all they were throwing at him
@@JaucrispyTv By vulnerable I mean he isn't dodging every single hit matrix-style in the last minute like they tend to portray in most movies...
Yeah that was so realistic. He even got shot in the head. Brilliant work
@@Sam-fq5quwell this was pretty fictional even for batman to take a shot to the cowl and not have no ringing or kick back like he always has since he blocks bullets with his cape or gauntlet..
Lmao dude he literally didn’t get injured. Superman also gets stabbed and shot, does that mean Superman is vulnerable? 🤣
The warehouse fight is the closest we will ever get to Arkham Batman. There has yet to be a movie showing how unstoppable Batman is in CQC, using his fighting skills, grappling skills, his brains, gadgets and environment.
If we could get a version of the warehouse fight where he's less lethal or at least gives a very good reason for him to be more brutal then it'd be perfect.
What it also gets right is how Superhuman Batman is. He tugged people across the room with a grappling hook. Not really sure how he didn't just 1-hit KO all the criminals, when he had the strength to Overhand Onehand Throw an entire Crate over his shoulder.
Fax maybe just maybe battinson will be kinda close to ak batgoat
@abdoEditz he tanks bullets to the head and body especially with the rifle and bomb, he also proceeds to smash around 120mph into a bridge and get up again
can ppl just keep praising Afflecks STUNTMAN who did the warehouse scene ?!?! cause that's who deserves the credit. ALL OF IT
Yep, they deserve the credit
Nah, Keaton’s stuntman wins it for me. How he was able to glide down like that, pick up another human mid-flight and fly back up before slamming down is just spectacular!
couldn't agree more
The stunt double for Affleck is in damn near all of Snyder movies he was one of the prison guards on watchmen (the tall one) and he was alpha zombie in that Snyder zombie movie on netflix
You don't think that every batman actor used a stunt double at some point? Sounds likes a hater that can't put aside his bias.
He even gets shot in the head! Pure brilliance in this sequence
@@unhooded319I mean you see battinson get shot in the head with a rifle and literally absorbs it
Also they all come at him at once, not one by one like most fight scenes or action movies in a 1 vs more than 1 match up. Its realistic enough without being too realistic.
Not mentioning he was do that after clash with supes, how much stamina this man have according to comic
Honestly that opening for Gotham Knights was amazing. If only the rest of the game had the same quality
Opening was amazing, ending was crap. But stuff in middle was good. Especially they pulled of the court of owls hallucinations for the knights in the best possible way. Boss fights were really good in this game
@@unhooded319I think they were talking more about the actual gameplay.

Batfleck is just too damn awesome. It's a shame that he was the only actor not to get a solo film despite him being the most comic book accurate.
Disagree on the comic book accuracy part, he was nowhere near accurate. Nevertheless, he does have the most screen time as Batman
Good high, good body (not as good as it should be to be Batman acurate but is the best one we got so far on movies), the face is ok ish, again not perfect but close, he don't have the "i'm filthy rich, bitch" face as Bruce Wayne should have, he's voice is a negative, not really good for Batman, but still far better than the Patinson -i don't work out- wimp. I don't see any other actor coming close to be more accurate than this, even tho i have to say i hated Ben Afleck as Batman.. weird don't you think ? He was the most accurate only because we only had people who really don't look like Batman before hin, he look more than the rest, that were the accurate come from, but to this day we don't have someone epic to play Batman like Henry Cavil on Super Man.
Hahaha Comic Boom accurate WTF
@@unhooded319you can't say that because this batman was meant to have character development.
@@work90 nothing justifies killing. Period. Also, Batman doesn't drink in comics. This is the only live action Batman that drinks, wtf. Nevertheless, no character development took place anyway.
I know ppl hate on the cinematography of the Nolan Batman fights, but the dock scene in Batman Begins is some great Batman visuals
It's a great "whoa moment" but not a good combat sequence tho
@@Simjom but it's still combat when he's taking those first few guys done through stealth and fear tactics
@unhooded319 the shaky stuff is terrible but that's like 10sec of the actual scene I'd argue the stealth and fear takedowns are pretty good forms of Batman combat
It's really frustrating because the first time I saw that dock scene in 2005, I was excited, because I thought the "hidden" fight was building up to great choreography in later scenes/sequels. And then it was just... bad. Just bad fighting for the entire trilogy. Such a waste.
There's this scene where he fights a bunch of Court of Owl zombies on his own and it's 🤌🤌🤌

Keatons batman just looks so fluid in his fights Aflecks batman has every hit looking like its just row power. Both are great.

I was a fan of '89 Keaton but this recent trend (since Matt Reeves' Batman) of Batman soaking up bullets like they don't even tickle him, annoys me. He doesn't have enough armour to soak up bullets from assault rifles at such close range. Batfleck made of point of taking out the guns before he entered the room ... otherwise he could have walked in slow and easy like Robocop (or Pattinson Batman).
Wow Batman and Ras al ful in batcave? Unbelievable fight. Batman was so vulnerable yet he didn't give up. I was so tensed. Damn now thats superpower

Hell yeah man this is a rare cbm fight scene where more than one enemy melee attacks the protagonist at the same time, shoots at the head as well, the variety of gadget use is also mind-blowing
I hope that in the DCU reboot, the new Batman, whoever the actor plays, will have more fight scenes like these.
Yes that's a mandatory
Always loved & respected Batman, because his strength came from training alone!!! & yet he still stood shoulder to shoulder with the likes of Superman & Wonderwoman, & all the rest that needed extraordinary powers!!!
One of the reasons I love Batman is because when he made his promise, when he decided to protect the people of his city, he was just an 8 year old, with no powers and not knowing how he'd actually do that. He made himself a superhero after making the promise, he did everything necessary actively, to become the man he needs to be. On the other hand, heroes like spiderman, Superman - they already had the power. They decided to help others after having the power. In their case, the how precedes the why; but in Batman's case, the why precedes the how.
Should have showed the r rated warehouse batfleck scene.

For the warehouse scene Bats and Supes should have done what they did in the animated series and switch costumes. Superman dressed up like Batman would have shortened that fight big time! Plus, Superman would have been able to rescue his mother himself instead of outsourcing the job to a guy that has no superpowers. 😆
Superman had to go to the electrical surges tho, otherwise Batman would have to fight Doomsday 😳
@@unhooded319 If my mother was being threatened, I wouldn't care. I would drop everything to save her. That's probably the best Batman fight scene I have ever seen on movie. ( The warehouse scene. ) Compared to Christian Bale's "Batman begin's". Where you didn't know what the fuck he was doing, when you waited so long for the fight scene.
Yeah it's great
Good compilation!
Thanks! ❤🎉
I fucking love the man such a good movie, really compelling battle with the fiddler
🦇
Thank you for this
You're welcome
The Batman vs Ra's fight at the beginning of Gotham Knights had no right being that good! Especially since it was the best part of the game...
It's the best fight against Ras of Batman
Well done 👏 MORE!!!!! 👍
Thanks ❤
