In 2018, I quit my job to photograph construction and mining projects across the US. While I didn't grow up in the Dirt World, I've been drawn to it like a bear to honey since my sixth birthday party at our local Caterpillar dealership.
Today, BuildWitt has morphed into a creative, software, and events company dedicated to making the Dirt World a better place. By that, I mean inspiring the next generation, modernizing how blue-collar companies invest in their people, and educating society on what it takes to meet their basic needs.
While my day job is helping lead our business, my other job is traveling the US and world to meet the people of the Dirt World, ask as many questions as I can, and see neat stuff.
