OMG. I just came over from David Spade and Dana Carvey's "Fly on the Wall" podcast/talkshow (they're both retired-SNL cast members), and I got to see them brainstorm, last Monday, with Sarah Sherman jokes she could do with guest star Ryan Gosling. Dana recommended she do "something that makes him break." This is what she came up with! HA HA HA HA. Just flirt with him and touch him on camera because he IS cute. 😘😘😘😘😘He's so shy and prude he breaks, and every woman (and some men, I'm sure) wants to be you, Sarah, as you push your entire body against him, and that's why we love you. 😍 And Ryan Gosling. ❤

If I could nominate one person to be a yearly host, it would be Ryan Gosling. Runners Up would be Emma Stone & John Mulaney in that order. I mean, it’s just hit, nother hit, nother hit, nother banger, nother hit. Just on and on with this guy. Papyrus, Birthday Party, Close Encounters I & II, Guy Who Owns A Boat’s Friend, Santa & The Elves, Santa Baby, and Henrietta & The Fugitive.

Frankly, I’m glad that Mulaney doesn’t host anymore. He hosted five years in a row and that was five times too many. I don’t dislike him as a person but every time I think of him I think about that poor man’s Seinfeld show that he named after himself (seriously, Nasim Pedrad left SNL for THAT?).
@@COMPFUNK2 I think you have a lot of catching up to do if that’s the content you think about when it comes to him. His stand up has always been fantastic and his hosting abilities are always top-tier for me. I actually watched the Independent Spirit Awards for him. Who else would you watch The Independent Spirit Awards for? I think it’s foolish not to acknowledge the talent it takes to not only host, but write for your hosting gig. Which, he clearly does. And yes, the musical sketch might have jumped the shark now, and it might have gotten frequent, but I would take Mulaney over Chappelle any day. Chappelle’s appearances feel like you’re watching a high school drama teacher star as lead in the school play. It doesn’t fit with the rest of the cast and their talents, but he sure got all the lines. Just lots of ong speeches.
@@standardbrah honestly, valid. Driver is up there for me too.. and Melissa does not get enough credit for those Press Briefing Cold Opens.. I also love when Tina hosts. I wish Jason Sudeikis would host again. Same for Bill Hader. Paul Rudd is high 10’s. Oh & Charlie Day. And Pedro Pascal… okay that’s it, I swear. I just realized how few women I have on my list. I need to work on that. That’s definitely a me problem.
I have a feeling that Sarah has made it her personal goal this week to make Ryan break as much as possible. I'm here for it.
